Awesome service. I went weeks with a cracked phone because to be honest customer service at Apple leaves less to be desired. I went in once to sole and after being treated poorly then told to come back five hours later. It just didn't work. After going in to iwireless they were able to take my phone immediately and have my phone up and running two hours later. It's quick and the work done has my phone working better than it was before. They advertise, rather prominently, on the front of their store that they unlock cellphones. I walked in today with an old flip phone, hoping to get it unlocked. The girl at the counter said, "we only unlock iPhones." The owner either should paint over that claim, or change it to iPhones Unlocked. Not every phone these days is an iPhone! They responded in a shocking 5 minutes and told me they're still in and that I can come in if I wanted to. I went there and was greeted warmly and courteously by Chez even thought it was midnight. Shelly and Sam are the best. I dropped my iphone off to get it fixed. I didn't know that I couldn't upgrade the software on itunes since I had my phone jailbroke. It took a little time but they were able to fix it and ended up giving me a discount for having taken longer than they told me it would take. I requested quotes from four shops on Yelp, and iWireless had the lowest prices. Showed up at 11:20am, but there was a sign in the door saying that the technician was sick and the store may not open until after 12 noon. I called the number, and the person who answered said that the technician was on his way and that he would text me the technician's phone number so I could communicate with him. I texted the technician who told me he was 45 minutes out. I waited at the Starbucks next door. The technician, Chez, texted me when he arrived, and Chez saw me right away. My iPhone 6 was having problems charging via the lightning port. The technician cleaned out the port, pulled a bunch of lint out, and then tested the iPhone 6. Nope, cleaning did not solve the problem. He then proceeded to replace the Lightning port at the quoted price. When another customer entered the store, the technician politely advised the customer to "Please let me know if you have any questions." I love it when I enter a store and the employees acknowledge that they have seen me. 5 stars for customer service! Chez replaced the lightning port in about 15 minutes, tested it to make sure all was well, and then I paid the bill. I'm very pleased with the level of customer service and demonstrated expertise in doing iPhone repairs. Couldn't be happier! Highly recommended! read more

This place sucks... They had my phone for 24 hrs however, they did not touch the to repair and told me wait for another 12 hrs to find out what's wrong with the phone. I liked one of the guys named Chico who repaired my phone earlier. He was so good that he honored his words and repaired the phone in a timely manner. But they fired him.....What a loss... The guy in the store promised me, he was going to call me the next day when he's completed the work. 4 days later and still no word from anyone that works in this store. Quoted 20-30 minutes to replace cracked iPhone screen After 30 minutes - said they need 45 more minutes When I returned to pick up the iPhone - the home button did not recognize fingerprint. The tech took the phone and proceeding to brick the phone. Asked to keep the phone. After 30 hours said they would replace with new phone. Picked up "new" phone - took it to the apple store. The phone's serial number does not match those in Apple's system. The source of the phone is highly questionable. My recourse at this point is to alert the proper authorities and buy a new iphone. read more

I found this place on craigslist. I wanted to repair my iphone 4 screen because it was cracked. It took around 45 mins to get it repair. While he was repairing the screen, he was talking to his friend saying "HEY this is good LCD". When he was done, his fingerprints were all over my screen, so he took it off again and cleaned it. After he asked me to check if it was clean enough AND oviously there were still some fingerprints left over... i was just like, forget it.. it's taking too long. A month later, the iPhone has water damage. I bought it to another iPhone repair guy because he worked late at night, which was perfect for me!! He was about to open up the iPhone, until he noticed something. He told me "hey, there are NO screws on the bottom" He then proceeded to open it up and found out MY SCREWS WERE MISSING. He held up the LCD screen (he showed me that the screen that Wireless Solution replaced was generic, it was not the original iPhone screen) and he replaced all the screws for me. After, he told me I'm missing two things that were suppose to hold the bottom screws. NOW the iPhone doesn't HOLD as good. I WOULD GIVE A 0 IF I COULD! THEY ARE THIEVES !! BEWARE!!!! read more

It was time for a new phone so I decided to yelp a cell phone store near my house and found this location and decided to check this place out. I wanted to get a phone that was unique and above all different. As I entered the store I notice they had a variety of phones and most of them which I have never seen at a T-mobile store. I found this particular unique phone on the wall which I have never seen before and was very interested. The gentlemen who helped me knew everything about the phone and made my decision easy. Their customer service was terrible! They claim to be wheelchair accessible friendly. However, their front door is way too narrow. The girl at the service desk literally sat in her chair while I struggled to get through the front (I believe her name was Shelly, and her father's name was Sam). I just had some questions about tmobile fee's and contracts which they helped me with but when I said thank you and was on my way out they had the worst attitude. This was such a horrible experience. I will definetely address the wheelchair accessibility issue with the city. read more

iWireless Solutions at the Valley Fair Mall in San Jose did a poor job of replacing the screen on my son's iPhone. We could see that the glass was not evenly placed and stuck out past the frame in places. So, we went back to get it fixed. The guy there was busy doing nothing (watching a movie on his iPhone) and was reluctant to help to say the least. He said he didn't have any glass to replace the first one he put on. As far as I'm concerned, there is no way this was true. He just didn't want to fix his mistake. Two days later, my son's glass cracked from heat. They sold us a cheap screen, placed it on poorly and then wouldn't fix it. We will not use iWireless at Valley Fair again. read more

Brought phone in to have it repaured. First time, guy was very helpful and ordered part overnight delivery. I walked out happy. Didn't hear from them for a few days, but had a work around solution so no provlem. Friday I got call that part was in. Saturday am I drove down to have it repaired. Arrived little after 11 (store hours show 10 opening but voice mail says 11). Store was clised. Waited 1 hour while I did errand. Still not open? Next day closed. Monday called first andvtold i could come in.b Though I was told repair would be 45 minutes, told to come back in few hours. Pissed, but willing to do it. Several hours later no call back from them - but called and told it was ready. Went back and picked up phone. Price as quoted - thought all was good. That's when trouble began. Started driving home and realized I was intermittently not getting signal. Thought this was strange, but who knows. Same thing next day - rarely get signal at all especially home and work. Went back to store and told this was carrier issue. Went to carrier, phone issue. Several trips back and forth before girl who did job said she would open phone and check. Again told to bring it in. Got there and told girl was not there come back in a few hours. Finally got phone back - same problem. Immediately called back and told maybe it was a disfunction part - she would reorder part. No call back - three days later, called again. Told part would be in in 5 days (so much for overnight shipping). My guess is she forgot to order part. Now 1 week into "repair". Long story, but Phone is basically 100% disfunctional for 1 week plus. Out $55 and cost of phone plus numerous trips to store. Hope to get this resolved soon. Wish i had never come. read more
