First off... WOW!! I sort of lost my faith in car wash memberships when I was a faithful customer at Soapy Joes where I was a customer for quite some time. I had their premium package and out of convenience, I continued my membership.. even though the service was below average and it was always disorganized! I believe that every time I had gotten a wash there, I felt as if I didn't even belong in a membership entitlement. My RFID scan ID wouldn't even work 50% of the time and was always a hit or miss. Eventually, it got to the point where I started to take my car to other car washes just to avoid Soapy Joes. Which led me to iWash Express, and let me tell you.... I was so hesitant about getting a membership so I only asked to get a regular wash. However, that wasn't the case. Eevil took action right away and was there to talk me into a membership even though I was very set on not getting another car wash membership. I told him of my prior engagements with Soapy Joes and he assured me that this was in no way a comparison. He was completely confident in their wash and service and so I took a chance. I got a regular membership and when I went through the wash to get to the towel and vacuum area (which is super organized and clean), he came to me with such excitement and asked me if I was a Veteran and thanked me for my service (my license plate must of triggered him). I told him yes and thanked him for his kind words, but it felt like he had more to say. So he told me that not only would I be able to qualify for a discount, but that they would give me the premium service for half off each month for ONE year. Could I pass that up? No!!!! I told him hell yes and thanked him for his amazing service. The wash in itself was by far the best wash I've received, being that the water completely hits each and every tough corner on the car. It doesn't even need a towel dry after, which was always the case at Soapy Joes.... As of now, I've come into contact with each of the amazing people who work for this establishment and it feels as if we're all family. We talk about life and get to know each other. It's family, not just a service. Pauly is truly amazing and always greets you with a smile and never hesitates to give you his time. He always has something positive to say and is always genuinely friendly. As is everyone who works for this car wash. Allen feels like my brother and will always treat you like family. I think I stop by this place every other day or so just to see them and feel good about my day or evening. They're freaking awesome, and have never let me down. If you are looking for an amazing experience, this is the place for you. It's just awesome that you gain a family as well. read more

Switched to this new car wash from soapy Joe's today and I'm very happy I did. This place offers a great deal to anyone who works for the community! Bring in your badge and proof and they will hook you up! Allen signed me up for my membership and he was really funny and sweet. This place gives you a much deeper wash than soapy Joe's. It seems like this car wash is much more organized as well. The air fresheners they give you here smell really good too. I'm a fan! read more

Deffinetly will not return. The wash itself was subpar, already that's a good reason to choose a different carwash. One of the staff, short arabic dude was rude. He came over and demanded we moved the car up because other drivers were having a hard time making the turn towards the exit, although our car was clearly within the parking lines. The whole time we were there it was obvious he was talking ill to the other employees. He then proceeded to, in a rude manner ask us to leave because there was a time limit on the vacuums. Despite the sign we failed to see about the time limit, his reasoning was " oh well because we have a lot of cars right now its busy". There were at least 6 spots open to vacuum. The carwash by the trolley station is a way better wash& experience. read more

Super cool new trendy car wash. Came in for their grand opening today which they provided free car washes for all their customers. Lots of spaces to vacuum and wipe down your cars. Staff was super friendly and gave complimentary air fresheners. They have monthly car wash programs or individual purchases. Inside the car wash they have super cool colored laser beam lights. Everything was really clean and amazing. Will definitely come back again and recommend to everyone I know! read more

Just what this area needs! Great drive thru car wash with new gadgets and a cool lil light show for you to enjoy while You get a wash done. I highly recommend their monthly washes as it's so worth keeping your car clean especially at a nearby place- their helpful staff can explain all the simple ways on how to sign up. Went one time for a wash, and was asked if I wanted to sign up for unlimited washes. I declined, paid for my wash and left. This was nearly 2 years ago. I've never returned since. However, I've been charged $20 every month since. I honestly forgot about it after the initial recurring charge, but tried to cancel online a few months later. Can't cancel online because I need my customer ID (which can be found on the RF tag that I was NEVER given). So, I used the "Contact Us" option in their websites several times over several months to cancel - but it does this awesome thing where every time I submit it, it gives a "request timed out" error. Have been paying for a service I can't/don't use for nearly 2 years. Will report to my bank as fraud. I hate to complain about $20, but at this point - enough is enough. Be careful! read more

First time here and I was expecting every other typical drive thru car wash. When I got to the entrance, the employee offered a car freshener and I assumed you had to buy them haha? If they were free, I missed it :p but I declined it. (I thought this because he was right where you enter the building and it would be a fast transaction if you had cash but card would be a bad idea if you're entering and you're on the conveyor thing and so on) Anyway, I got to the end and was guided by an employee as to where I can dry my car which was nice, bc it speeds up the process (slightly) of having to look for an empty spot or wait for someone to come out. Now the interesting thing is that they offer free towels to dry off with and that is what sets this car wash and any other car wash apart. These were also folded nicely (not sure why they were damp) but it was awesome! And there's a separate bin to put used towels into. The vacuums also were high powered and I wish I could have cleaned out my whole car with it but I had somewhere to go after so it was just a quick wash and go. Overall, I'd definitely come back. So I ended up going there on the last day of the free car wash promotions, so I didn't really "shop" prices or services, I just drove in. Also note I get off my butt and wash my van perhaps 4 times a year. But this place was nice and quick. They had plenty of vacuums, with long hoses and strong suction, and towels to finish drying, or wipe down your interior. If I wash my van again, I would definitely do it here. read more

If there was a million out of a million star rating then I promise you I would have marked it. Now I am very very very very very picky with my car and I've been trying every single car wash there is nothing had caught my attention but when my car step foot inside it was love a first sight!! Even my car started smiling too!!!! Honestly I'm so impressed by the car wash and it has wowed me every single freaking time. It such an amazing clean eco firefly building and It's worth every single penny. I'm currently paying $35 for my monthly membership and they never fail me. Nicest staff there is & they always are willing to help me with whatever I need. And let's not getting started about the tunnel. There tunnel is build in such perfection that NO CARWASH IM SAYING NO CAR WASH can compete with the power of their water coming out of the spirals and the amazing soapy rainbow . Now we're getting close to the dryer. They have the most powerful dryers that a car was can have! It leaves my car spotless and i don't have to do much when coming out & wiping my car.
