I was pleased to see automated text messages confirmed the job and described what to expect. Rino does a great job of blending multiple communication modes seamlessly (Yelp, person's cell, automated text number). This is a rare skill that should not be underestimated. Unfortunate there was an emergency and I had to cancel the job in the middle of the night before the service (see my review on drywall lol). Then the emergency was taken care of sooner than expected, so I contacted Rino again. We rescheduled service for the following day. An arrival window was provided; they arrived promptly. Ali did a walkthrough and we showed him a couple of stains. They began the service. There was a team of two, Ali and Ivan. Ali performed the stain treatment (stains came out!) and Ivan the all-over carpet cleaning. Both were friendly and professional. I will certainly hire them again.

When I got to our primary residence, I realized the dryer vent that was supposed to have been cleaned was not cleaned at all. And the ducts were supposed to have been cleaned. When I opened the one in our laundry room was still filthy. The dryer is also in the laundry room obviously and I wonder if it just got skipped altogether. Because the duct cleaning is so much more expensive than the carpet cleaning I had to rate the overall experience three stars because I ended up cleaning our dryer vent myself and vacuuming and cleaning the air duct in the laundry room myself because it is definitely the dirty one in the house. I'm sure they're fine for carpet cleaning but DO NOT TRUST HAMEED WITH YOUR ORIENTAL RUGS. I…read moretrusted them with my $8,000 antique Turkish rug, a 30-year family heirloom. Instead of cleaning it themselves, they secretly outsourced it to another company I had specifically avoided. For nearly two weeks, I had no idea where my rug even was. When I picked it up, no one mentioned any issues -- but at home, I unrolled it to find a large bald spot stripped of pile. The "before" photos they eventually provided showed normal wear, nothing close to the damage it has now. Worse than the damage was the dishonesty. My refund requests were ignored, and instead they pressured me to let them "fix" it by dyeing it darker. It took him DAYS to send me the before photos. They even called from multiple numbers trying to come to my house after I refused. This experience was unprofessional and shady. I trusted them with something valuable and sentimental, and that trust is gone. Don't make the same mistake I did.

If you read no…read morefurther, just know that when Clarence is done, your carpets will be the absolute best that they can be. If they can be saved he will save them. We had a 15 yr old cat who about 9 months ago lost her manners and her mind and started peeing on the basement carpet. We tried to stay on top of it, used our Bissel and every known store bought cleaner even those claiming to remove urine odor, but the basement was still stinky. We thought that we would have to replace the carpet once the cat was gone. As a last ditch effort we called Dream Catcher Carpet Cleaning. Not only did Clarence save the carpet, he made it look (and smell) nearly brand new. His knowledge, supplies and equipment are amazing. Clarence is a true professional! He gave us an estimate up front, explained the work needed, and once he got started he put protective covers over everything that needed it, wore his mask, and went to work.. and he is a hard worker! He was here for 6 hours (stayed until 9pm on a Friday) to get the job done right! I am writing this review over 1 week after his visit and can say that there is still zero odor and that zero stains have resurfaced. Amazing! Thank you Clarence!
