The guy told me he would complete the job in a few hours and would lock up the house along with calling us to let us know. We never received a call. The next day, when we came back to check on the work. All the vents were still filthy and full of debris and dust stuffed all the way to the surface. I had an appointment for 2:00 p.m. on a Monday. I spent all weekend moving furniture off the carpet. I take the day off work. I get a call at 1:30 (30 minutes before appointment time) and am told the "machine is broken." I was told I would be called back and informed on the status of the appointment. After waiting for two hours with no status update, I call only to be informed there would be no carpet cleaning. I get it, things break down when they are not taken care of. I am then told, "I'll try and fit ya in if someone cancels". Of course no phone call all week. I have now been living with furniture stashed in every room with a hard surface for a week. I call another company, they set up a date, email confirmation, text me with suggestions, and best of all keep me informed. Carpet cleaning is a definite pain due to moving stuff. It just makes it far worse when you have to live with furniture everywhere since someone can't be counted on to show up for an appointment. read more
