Cute little spot that is easy to miss if you aren't looking for it. Once inside you are in a new, clean and inviting space. I've only been twice so far and they have done some renovations that are aesthetically pleasing. I have not utilized any of their hair services but instead have enjoyed Thai massage with Joshua twice now and he is definitely worth it! Joshua exudes good vibes, is incredibly welcoming, and quickly helps you to feel at ease and sink into relaxation for your massage. He is Masterfully skilled in Thai technique, tending to your individual needs and assuring you're comfortable throughout. I have had several Thai massages and been searching around the Denver area nearly two years and am stoked to have finally found someone who can stretch my muscles and relieve my ailments so effectively. Outstanding and amazing! I got my hair cut with LeAnne. I scheduled the appointment through the Vagaro app. Easy process as the app showed which stylists were available and their time slots. I wanted a more define V shape for the back of my hair. I was nervous to cut it short in the front and expressed my feelings to LeAnne about cutting it to short. She could tell I was really nervous so she showed me multiple pictures of other girls who got the V shape I was looking for. She explained the process of what she would be doing to my hair and said we can go slow and she would cut it long at first and take more off if I was comfortable with it. She really listened to my concern and helped me feel more comfortable with cutting my hair a little shorter in the front to get the V shape I wanted in the back. She went slow when cutting it checking in with me to make sure it wasn't too short in the front. I'm so happy how it turned out!! Absolutely what I wanted! Honestly, this is the best salon I've been to in my years in Denver. I'm always a bit nervous when I go to salons bc I had a few awful experiences in my younger days! When my fave Aveda stylist moved a year or so ago, I literally stopped dying & cutting my hair but this place brought me back from the dark! I went in for a trim to freshen up my long lost layers and color correction after staring at my split ends on zoom all day. Katie was wonderful! In all of my times going to her, once for a tamer balayage, and a few more times for intense coloring sessions and cuts, she's been attentive to what it is I was looking for, what kind of cut would work well with my cowlicks, hair type, wash & maintenance level, and walked me through how these looks would stay or fade (couldn't commit fully to intense color my first few go's of it). (This is a HUGE plus for me, as I always like to know what to expect when it comes to looks evolving over time.) LeAnne's level of expertise is A++++. She has a level of intuition that helps you both narrowing choices* (*I always come in with more choices than what can be implemented in once session) and alignment of your look with the truest form of your self-expression with the assistance of her skillset and breadth of knowledge from her years in the field. My husband, mother in law, and I all got haircuts today at this salon. My husband and I had our hair cut by the owner Scott, and my mother had hers cut by stylist Katie. We are all super thrilled with our cuts! Scott made us feel like VIPs. Katie was given full reign of my mother's hair and gave her the cutest bob! The salon is super swanky, sells plants and jewelry and amazing products. The outside sports expert transformations, and we have all been definitely transformed today and feel like new people! I have been to Ivy + Oak once before for a cut and Brazilian Blowout. The cut was nothing special - I felt like I paid full price for just a trim, but the Brazilian Blowout came out good enough that I planned to return for my next one. Cut to this morning - I am awoken disastrously early by a very sick dog. I rush him to the vet and while he is undergoing tests, I make note to call the salon as soon as they open to cancel my appointment. I explain the situation to them and ask to reschedule - I do still want the service, this situation was just out of my hands. They offer 0 sympathy or flexibility and proceed to charge me a $150 cancellation fee (on top of the thousands of dollars of unexpected vet bills, this was quite a blow to me). I asked if there was anyway the $150 could be put as credit toward my next appointment when I do reschedule. Again, not only met with no flexibility but also no empathy or understanding for the difficulty of my situation. I had planned on coming here regularly for a cut and Brazilian blowout - that's at least $500 every three months going toward this salon, but they have lost me as a customer after today. Just the absolute coldness in the face of one of my worst nightmares to date is not the mark of a place I wish to give patronage. read more

All her haircuts are about an hour and a half which leaves plenty of time for a consult, wash cut, razor cut, detail, wash again (I have short curly, coarse hair and needed it)! She's extremely generous with her time and her haircuts are spot on. She's Vidal Sassoon trained which is a rarity these days!
