Okay, the price is pretty cheap.. but I don't know what happened, my manicure was done by a lady (the old one). I thought she was good.. but on drying part, I was suspicious because it was so quick (she could have wait for couple minutes so that my nails are dry thoroughly.. but it was quick). Good nail shop located in West Houston at the intersection of Hwy 6 and Westheimer near Best Buy. The salon's furniture and decor isn't very updated, however the pedicure/manicure stations are very clean. The price for a manicure/pedicure is $37. The shop seems very busy with lots of walk-in traffic. Reasonable prices and the manicurist takes the extra time to make you're satisfied with your services. Will definitely return! read more

I came in on a Tuesday afternoon so it was fairly quiet and not busy so I can't comment on wait time because I didn't have one. Stopped here for the first time on my way home from work. When I came in, all of the employees were with clients. I should've taken that as a sign as it would be a lengthy visit and gone elsewhere, but I needed a pedi. An hour and 10 minutes later, I was finally being waited on. By this time, my feet were basically a collection of wrinkles from sitting in the water for so long. Within minutes of me being waited on, two ladies that had only been waiting 3-4 minutes were already being waited on, so maybe the wait isn't always so long of a wait. My nail technician was very thorough and the massage was the perfect amount of pressure to melt my aches and pains away. It was probably the best massage I've ever had. My toenails looked great at the end of my service. The only negative part of my experience was the amount of time it took from start to finish - 2 1/2 hours. I could have driven to Austin in the time it took for me to get a pedicure. That's excessive and will likely be the reason I will go back to my regular nail salon. read more

I don't usually get my nails done professionally...a recent trip to this place made this my 2nd time ever. I went on a Saturday at 4p. A friend called ahead to ask about seeing us and they said they would be able to. When we came in, woo...it was busssyyy! All the chairs were occupied both the massage/foot spa stations and hand stations. We waited approximately 30 minutes for us to finally be seated (for mani/pedis), and another hour soaking our feet at the massage/foot spa area before we were attended to. The nail technician cut a little too far past the cuticle and maybe a wee too close to the side-nail bed of my big toe, but other than that, everything was fine. I initially wanted dip for my mani, but ended up going with shellac because they had waaaaay more options for shellac. $20 for the pedi, $22 for a shellac mani and an extra $5 for a simple glitter design for the tips of my nails. Overall, I'm pleased with services and their prices. Unfortunately the 20% off Yelp-check in offer isn't honored (due to change in ownership). I saw on a previous Yelp review they do lash extensions as well, so I'll definitely come back for that! read more

This isn't my normal nail shop, but I'm glad I gave them a try. My shellac mani and pedicure came out great! A few reasons why I didn't give 5 stars though. Firstly, they don't have too many colors to choose from for Shellac, looked like 50 tops. The normal place I go to has too many to choose from which I love because any color I want, they have it. Secondly, during my pedicure I started to bleed and the tech didn't acknowledge it at all. Lastly, I checked in on Yelp, and I was to get a 20% discount. I presented it at check out and they started off by telling me that it wasn't for the location I was at, which was a lie. Another worker comes and tells me that they put the discount up when they first opened and were unable to take it off. I find that very unlikely because I've been on Yelp a long time. Even so, I'm sure I'm not the only one who's tried to use the discount so a simple sign stating they don't offer Yelp discounts would've sufficed. I got a great pedicure! However I also got a manicure and a facial wax. Both were horrible. It was my first and last time visiting. The woman who did my manicure tried to act like she did not see the horrible job she did shaping and painting my nails (even though she is supposed to be the pro) until I asked for a manager, then she offered to redo my nails...her hands shaking and all, and did another horrible job. They refused to give my money back. Now about my wax (which was done by the same person that did my manicure) was the worst thing I've ever experienced! She kept waxing the same places over and over again until I finally made her stop. Can you say painful! To make it worse I woke up the next day with bumps all over my chin and upper lip (which I've never experienced from a wax before). Now I know that this could've by some off chance been an allergic reaction to the wax (again that I've never had before), but along with these bumps there was still hair on my face!! I can always trust that I wont have early lifting of my nails or a harsh amount of bubbles. The establishment itself is very clean and in a very convenient part of Houston...next to Barnes and Nobles, Subway, and Best Buy. The price is decent and just the price you expect from any nail salon with high end quality. They are always updating their equipment and innovative techniques. You can do anything from steam treatments, waxing, facials, cellulite reduction, microdermabrasion, etc.. The reason this nail salon gets 2 stars because the nail technician did not listen and my nails are different lengths and shapes. I usually will give a review a couple days later but I had to give one immediately. First, I told her that my nail looks crooked which she tried to justify that no it is because of the shape of your nail. Second the same nail that she claimed was crooked was now completely filed to the nail bed and is bleeding and sore. The other lady that did my pedicure made it look like she didn't push back my cuticles and decided to polish on top of them. To me they are a little overpriced for the quality and professionalism that they try to exceed. read more
