I came in for a fill on 8/10. Mind you I had a set on already that just needed to be fill in and didn't need shaping either. I showed a picture to the nail technician of what I wanted and she confirmed to me that she was able to do it. I'll insert pictures from the set I had before prior to my fill and pictures of my nails now. I'm so disappointed because she shaped them even though I asked her not too and she also didn't wait for my gel polish to be cured before cleaning them with alcohol causing it to smudge and make certain areas lighter than other spots. I did notice that my pinky finger was missing a spot of polish because she tried plucking something off that was attached to the nail polish brush causing it to smudge. She didn't even try covering it up so I asked her to paint over it again and she didn't seem to ecstatic to do it over. And the prices are a bit expensive, I paid 40 dollars for a fill. So in conclusion, I would go again but get a different nail technician. My technician was a older woman that had a fresh shaved head. read more

I've been here several times for pedicures and they are always terrific. The employees are very helpful and will fix any issues you have. The color selection is terrific. The prices are a little steep, but you get what you pay for. My pedicure always last almost a full out and I never feel rushed. We are struggling to like this place, but I think we are done. We have been here several times and and t has been hit or miss, today was the last straw we booked an appointment for 3 of us for 1:00 and have been here at least 6 times this year, we book appointments so we can all sit and go together and talk it is an event not just a pedi. We have had where they were not ready for us all at the same time which is disappointing and at time we get people who are not very good. Today out 1:00 appointment turned into 1:45 which means they took walk-ins knowing they had 3 people coming in and this was after a confirmation call. One person taken in - the other 5 minutes later and the 3rd another 5 minutes with cold water in the tub. Than that person walked away "said I have to do something up front", this person finally gave up with no pedicure. I spoke to Vivian who once before told me she was the manager and this time told me she was the owner after asking 3 times for an owners name. I do not know what her position is at this point. She did apologize and told me they were busy before the holiday. I know this and understand this and would accept this if I were a walk in but I wasn't I am a semi regular person with an appointment that was made two weeks ago. This is an unacceptable practice with so many nice salons around. Also, my husband had a buff and shine since he doesn't use polish and was not told this was extra on top of the 46.00 charge for a pedi, after the fact. Said it has always been that way, but we were never told and until today guess I never noticed or we have never been charged. Vivian does not seem to care so if she is the owner, I think you should work on your business skills, if you are a manager I think you need a bit more training, if nothing else in honesty and compassion. Also, I would recommend you pay your license fees and bring it up to date. I am sorry to write this as the location is wonderful and the one tech Tee is great, but I suggest you look elsewhere if you are looking for a salon. read more

The worst place to do your nails; the staff is not professional and rude. My skin has stain from pounder and they did not clean it.

Only thing good about this place is the facility. They charge a lot of money for not even offering water. Be sure to read your menu very very thoroughly!! My wife got glitter on her fingers and didn't expect that it was a $15 upcharge. The technician didn't even have the courtesy to let her know she was about to spend about a meals worth just on her finger tips. I kindly tried bringing this up to the owner and The only help in consideration he had was just to remind us that before she got her nails done there was a signature needed and in the fine print it says if there are any concerns please bring it up to your technician. Maybe if they offered wine like most upscale nail salons or if i was in south Tampa I could see the prices being justified. But we are in Riverview..come on!? read more

It completely unnecessary to take my personal information for a simple manicure. I usually go to Venetian across the street but they were booked up for the day. I don't think I'll be returning here. The decor is really pretty and overall a calming atmosphere. However, it's overpriced and took an hour and 45 minutes to do my nails. The guy had to get up every 5 minutes when someone walked in. He was not apologetic about it even once. Wasn't very friendly and my nails look nothing like what I asked for. I opted out of the pedicure due to how long my nails ended up taking. Will definitely go elsewhere next time. read more

I went there with my teenage girls ,me and my husband ..I spent over $300 my girls received the works on their nails and pedicure as per me and my husband. .I went there 1 1/2 week later ..let's see not even 2weeks and my daughters nails look worn out mine looks horrible ,I went to the owner to let him know that I was not happy with the care of my nails my cuticles look not horrible and the growth of the acrylic looks like its been longer than 2weeks...well needlessly to say his reaction was " it's not my fault or yours that the growth in your nails grows too fast" well my answer was sir I been doing nails since I was 16 I know when my growth is too far out and when the job was just not done rt ...ohh his answer was" well I been doing nails for a long time too that's why I have this business "...seriously that's what you tell customer that just spent over $300 ..there was no I'm sorry my apology can I re- do your nail for half price I dont know maybe 20% would have been a nice gesture..nothing!! He just said well if I want to do my nails he can do it today or to wait for the 2wks..he said no discount! But soo coincidence my co worker had the same problem and he did her nail again free of charge. Very embarrassing to live in a community that you feel upset to even support the small business in your neighborhood...but I will never recommend anyone there. I contacted this salon for an appointment. They told me that they would be able to see me immediately which was great. Then I asked if they used sterilized utensils. The gentleman on the phone laughed at me and said we don't use utensils we use tools. I said ok, I just wanted to confirm that you sterilize your tools. He continued to laugh at me and said we're not a restaurant we don't use utensils we use tools, but yes we sterilize them. I told him he could keep his appointment. I'm a customer asking for information and he was being rude. My go to nail spot! Beautiful and clean nail bar. After a few visits, I was lucky enough to meet Lynn. After sitting in her chair for just minutes, you will instantly feel as if you've made a new friend. She is so personable and does an incredible job. Not only does she pay close attention to detail, but she doesn't stop until your nails are perfect. I used to dread getting my nails done and always found myself so bored. My sister brought me here for my birthday and the gentleman that was doing my pedicure acted as if he was scared of touching feet, which my feet get done every two weeks in another place That I've been going to for 15 years. I asked for someone else there was no one else to do my feet so my sister and I spoke to the owner so he says he is at the front he said he would go ahead and have me come back in after the cove it and redo my feet for free of charge. I Called and made an appointment which the so-called owner answered the phone I explain to him to remind him of what had happened he said yes yes he remembered me and it would be free of charge. I then came in for my appointment And brought my niece with me and when it came time to pay the so-called owner charged me double and when I mentioned to him that I had spoken to him and reminded him what was going on with my feet he told me he would never give anything for you no matter whatever happened in his place of business. He then insulted my sister. Ithen again asked him what was going To happen with the charge of my pedicure and he said I had to pay it he gives nothing for free again so I then said to him he was a liar. I will never return there or bring anyone with me because I do not like to deal with liars and cannot trust a liar and someone who insults a customer that's been going there since they've opened. read more
