I went with my family today. I got the Redonkulous Reuben, my wife got the Cluck Madame, and my kids got Grilled Cheese sandwiches. Everything was freshly made, including the bread. The food exceeded expectations and was so delicious! Everyone enjoyed their meals. The service was just as good and Chef Holly is amazing at what she does. The restaurant is a nice spot and was a very clean inviting atmosphere. You have your choice to sit inside or on a porch type area. This visit was just as good as my last and I can't wait to return. If you are in the area I highly recommend you stop in and enjoy was this restaurant has to offer!

We bought a bag of crostini, a bag of spicy pretzel sticks, some herb and garlic goat cheese and not your mamas tuna salad to take back to the rental house. OMG the tuna salad was everything I was hoping for. It brought me back to the Mediterranean/Israel, but with southern charm. The crostini was perfect and the goat cheese excellent. If you are a garlic lover you will be able to kill a vampire by just breathing on them after eating this spread. The pretzel sticks have a nice little kick but are not too spicy. I hope we get to try more food here before our vacation is over. Their menu looks divine! They have fresh bagels and stuffed breads which I would love to try.

I have a lot of lovely memories in this restaurant, whether they be with family, or just sharing a…read moreSunday breakfast with someone special. It's a beautiful location at the heart of Downtown Marshall, with indoor and outdoor seating. When I arrived here a couple of weekends ago, I was dismayed to find that ownership had changed hands. Alas, boasting the same menu, reasonable pricing, and a still engaging and friendly staff - it still felt like a comfortable and welcoming place to be. The flavor and portions of the servings has always been above par, and that hasn't changed. I don't know if they have the same staff in the kitchen, but the food still tastes like a meal you'd have at home with family. I met one of the new owners, and she made me feel like family, and offered me one of the incredible scones she made that morning. I look forward to her other baked items that I overheard will be sharing some space at Main Street Cafe. The scone was a 10/10. With so much changing around us everyday, it can be especially hard when something attached to so many memories goes through an evolution as well. Sometimes changes can improve things, and I feel like, in this instance, what still felt like home will also be a place where I can enjoy some incredible baked goods, and maybe more. I will be returning for sure.

Second, we ordered two things - a chicken wrap and chicken burrito bowl. 30 minutes later, still no signs of food and barely a server in sight. Don't know what kind of business they are running here. If you have time to wait, then maybe eat here but otherwise stay away.

There is street parking nearby, and this place is always hopping. This place makes me think of a southerner's take on a French bakery. Absolutely gorgeous on the inside with decadent sweets to choose from, while also featuring classics like a Swiss roll or a cream puff. They also offer breakfast/brunch/lunch, as well as made to order cakes. (Their coconut cake is award-winning). We came in recently and got a BLT, chicken salad on croissant (with watermelon salad), quiche, cream puff, lemon Swiss roll, and lattes. The sandwiches were all delicious and this was my first time trying watermelon salad - fresh and perfect to accompany the sandwiches. Their quiches are large and filling - perfect on their own for breakfast. For lattes, we got a vanilla latte, and then their July 4th special, which had strawberry and white chocolate in it - the July 4th specialty latte was decadent - if you like sweet, you should give it a try. All in all, I think we paid $50ish for our meal. This spot is a must if you're in the area!

For a light lunch I ordered a side of chicken salad (was light and not dripping in mayo) so fresh; I also ordered a croissant warmed up and a delicious chocolate truffle for dessert. I wished it took more pics to share but the shop is well kept, quaint and service was quick, efficient and served with smile. Looking forward to visiting again when in town!
