Not for myself LOL! Luckily! My family were definitely frequent visitors! Smh! Anyways! Brilliant concept! Cute restaurant for sure! You order at the counter and you bus your own tables! We personally love that! I always try to clean my own table anyway! We started with the Pimento cheese appetizer! Homemade pimento cheese, picked okra, pickles and focaccia bread! Needed more bread lol! I kid! I had the smash burger with salad which I loved was an option!!! My fiancé had The Zadie Bird sandwich with cheese grits! He throughly enjoyed it and his grits were delicious!!! So happy they were a side option too!!! We honestly can't wait to come back to try it again! Great staff, Great Food!

We bought a bag of crostini, a bag of spicy pretzel sticks, some herb and garlic goat cheese and not your mamas tuna salad to take back to the rental house. OMG the tuna salad was everything I was hoping for. It brought me back to the Mediterranean/Israel, but with southern charm. The crostini was perfect and the goat cheese excellent. If you are a garlic lover you will be able to kill a vampire by just breathing on them after eating this spread. The pretzel sticks have a nice little kick but are not too spicy. I hope we get to try more food here before our vacation is over. Their menu looks divine! They have fresh bagels and stuffed breads which I would love to try.

There is street parking nearby, and this place is always hopping. This place makes me think of a southerner's take on a French bakery. Absolutely gorgeous on the inside with decadent sweets to choose from, while also featuring classics like a Swiss roll or a cream puff. They also offer breakfast/brunch/lunch, as well as made to order cakes. (Their coconut cake is award-winning). We came in recently and got a BLT, chicken salad on croissant (with watermelon salad), quiche, cream puff, lemon Swiss roll, and lattes. The sandwiches were all delicious and this was my first time trying watermelon salad - fresh and perfect to accompany the sandwiches. Their quiches are large and filling - perfect on their own for breakfast. For lattes, we got a vanilla latte, and then their July 4th special, which had strawberry and white chocolate in it - the July 4th specialty latte was decadent - if you like sweet, you should give it a try. All in all, I think we paid $50ish for our meal. This spot is a must if you're in the area!

We stopped here before visiting the Biltmore, and while parking was a bit of a challenge, it was absolutely worth it. We ended up parking on the street up the hill near some residential homes, but don't let that deter you. One of the coolest parts was being able to watch the doughnuts being made right in front of us. There was a line when we arrived, and we waited about 15 minutes to order and another 10 minutes or so for our doughnuts. Even with the wait, I'd do it all over again. The doughnuts were incredibly fresh, warm, light, and fluffy. Every flavor we tried was delicious, but the vanilla glazed and the toasted almond sesame cinnamon were my favorite. If you're in Asheville, this spot is definitely worth a visit.

So delicious and slathered with butter We actually stop on the way to the airport and get at least 2 dozen of Honeybee's rolls for the flight home. We used to get only 1 dozen but I've never made it back to Cali without at least one passenger bartering for a few.. it's become a thing! fresh, buttery rolls on a plane is the adult equivalent to getting to stop at McDonald's for a Happy Meal on the way back to school from a doctors appointment; you're literally king for the day! My favorite barter-to-date is a few visits ago when our group was all separated on the plane. The ladies I was sitting next to ordered me a buffalo chicken wrap and a mimosa in exchange for a dozen of my precious dinner rolls ‍ Long story long, Honeybee's has not only made my visits to Tennessee even more special, they've pulled off making the long flight home fun too! I am for sure a lifelong fan!!! I'm so happy Honeybee's was able to not only survive during the pandemic, but become exceedingly popular! I've met a few of the staff throughout the years and their team is so friendly and dedicated to giving the best of what they do! Congrats, Honeybee's!!

We bought three turnovers: blueberry, lemon & peach. Each one was better than the previous. The crust was flaky and buttery. The filling was made from scratch (not pie-filling). I am usually extremely disappointed in lemon and blueberry-flavored desserts as they taste fake. These were quite the opposite ! I can't say enough great things about it! We also had an eclair and chocolate-dipped shortbread cookies which were also made with BUTTER, not the lard or shortening that most other bakeries use these days. Keep up the great taste and THANK YOU for not skimping on the quality ingredients that gives people a reason to return time-and-time again. We'll be back next time we're in the area.
