OMG the tuna salad was everything I was hoping for. It brought me back to the Mediterranean/Israel, but with southern charm. The crostini was perfect and the goat cheese excellent. If you are a garlic lover you will be able to kill a vampire by just breathing on them after eating this spread. The pretzel sticks have a nice little kick but are not too spicy. Tempeh is kind of grainy so it's usually something best paired with strong flavorings, and what they did here worked pretty well. A large appalachai was a good way to wash things down. As I'm typing, another customer asked the beertender about the storm. He pointed to the piece of black tape marking high water line on the wall. It's about NINE FEET off the ground.
