I really wanted to love this place but I was kind of disappointed. Another NC coffee shop that doesn't offer almond milk! Ugh!! So, I couldn't indulge in a latte instead I had what was on drip and had them add vanilla syrup and half and half. Unfortunately, the coffee was extremely bitter and had an awful aftertaste! Now I love me a smooth dark roast but this wasn't it! They didn't have a lot of pastries left when we got there. My partner ordered a Chai Latte that she really liked, she just wished it was hot. It came lukewarm! The service was good. They were nice and the atmosphere was chill and inviting but I probably won't be back.

Loved Dripolator coffeehouse! I stopped in on the way to the Biltmore. It was an easy and delicious stop. The drink selection was great. I chose a golden milk latte and a breakfast sandwich. Both were amazing and a great way to start the day!

Truly some of the best coffee and food I truly ever had. The coffee served to your liking with many various flavors. The golden knight latte amazing. Their smoothies were truly on point as well delivering a huge range of flavors. Secondly the sandwiches, fire. Love the atmosphere. We saw chairs in the window as we parked and worried the Internet tricked us into going to a "service at the table" plane. Quickly adjusted to the hip cafe vibe. Orders were flying out, and we settled on the comfy couch. Almost bought all their merchandise since their logo is so cute. I was very satisfied with my morning latte. I had to come try this spot out and I'm glad I did. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly which set such a positive tone for my visit. Excellent service, delicious dark chocolate cocoa (valentine's season special I think). We shared a slice of the GF almond cake -- delicious, moist and great almond flavor, and a kouign aman (kind of like a croissant), also tasty, especially warmed up a little. This was a perfect stop to warm up on a chilly afternoon. read more

I got the chai latte with oat milk and let me just say 10/10. I am very picky with my chais and this one was just delicious! The ambiance was perfect sit in the coffee shop and work. Also the chairs we sat in while waiting for our coffees and legit like the most comfortable chairs ever. Go here!! read more

I was super excited to try this place because of their frozen drinks -frappes! When arriving I really didn't quite like the energy it gave off. The service was incredibly unprofessional and crude. She had pony tails and eccentric negative energy, talking about how they got a negative review on yelp and how that it " really isn't that serious, it's just a fucking coffee shop" and I really think it's more than that! How you present yourself and what your customers listen to while you're on your shift, affects the ambiance of the entire experience and her negative attitude really ruined it! Coffee was good! Breakfast sandwich was great because of the aioli sauce they put on it, but bread was kinda chewy! read more

The service is absolutely phenomenal!!!!! The food always hits like any drink you get (but the chia or funky monkey is the best cant prove me wrong - actually maybe)!!!!!! I loved the open air concept of this place. My food was delicious, however, my sister's partner ordered the same and his sandwich was much smaller than mine - definitely not consistent there. My husband liked the GF pancakes (he doesn't have a sensitivity, he just likes pancakes and they only serve GF). He was not a huge fan of the added cinnamon. They had a great beverage selection!

Phenomenal. This is a brewery and restaurant associated with one of the major yeast labs in the…read morebrewing community (homebrew and commercial). The beer is very good, but also interesting. Almost every beer on the menu is a split batch fermented with two different yeast strains to showcase the resulting differences. It's a great concept, even if you're not into brewing. In terms of the food, it seems like the really leaned into providing something good, well-balanced, and sometimes takes advantage of the yeast and beer being cultivated on site. I had a house salad and some dilly beans for lunch. The house salad was fresh and extremely well balanced. I'm glad they had something vegetable centric available. The dilly beans were good, but quite a bit for a single human. They're probably the type of thing you would want to split among friends. I actually showed up for an event in the evening where they served pizza using dough fermented with one of their yeast strains. That was truly excellent. Nicely balanced, not over the top, with a deeply flavorful crust. If you're in Asheville, I would consider this a must visit destination.

Mrs. K. and I took the two seats at the end and I walked up to the bar to order drinks and dinner. A pint of the "American Style Lager" for me and their "Spicy!" ginger beer that Mrs. K. said was good but not all that spicy. Less than ten minutes later, my chicken wings arrived. They sell them as "a pound" which was good because these were very small wings. Small, but tasty in a sweet/spicy sauce and I ate nearly all of them while slowly sipping that very crushable beer. When it was done, back into the Sprinter van and off to figure out where we're parking for the night. I had tried to make a reservation on their RV parking app but they're booked two or three weeks out! Note: The restrooms are upstairs and they have an elevator.
