The issue isn't closing early once -- it's having inconsistent hours across multiple platforms and then showing zero concern for the customer inconvenience (no apology, no attempt to help, no sign or clear communication). If winter hours are different, update them everywhere and reflect them at the door. As-is, customers can waste a trip even when they arrive before the posted closing time.
