The cupcakes were almond flavored and the cake was split up into 3 different flavors: carrot on top; chocolate in middle; champagne on bottom; and all with a raspberry filling and swiss meringue buttercream for icing... IT WAS PHENOMENAL! Everyone loved the flavors. A favorite seemed to be the champagne (don't know how to explain the flavor, you just gotta try it). I also had her do buttercream flowers that cascaded down the cake onto the cupcakes. It was soooo sooo beautiful. I couldn't stop looking at it. She truly outdid herself and beyond exceeded my expectations. She was easy to communicate with, very dependable and I didn't have to worry about a thing on my wedding day. I loved working with her and I honestly miss that cake! I will make sure to upload a picture when I get one. Thank you Sabrina for making my wedding day all the more magical.

Carolyn is a wonderful person and an incredible Baker!…read more She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for my husband's surprise 81st birthday party at J Arthur's including delivering and setting up. The most difficult part of working with her is that she has too many choices to choose from! The cupcakes were so moist, and the frosting was so delicious, each of them topped with a little something that indicated what flavor they were. The carrot cake was without a doubt, the best I've ever had! Moist, light, with delicious frosting and covered in pecans! I only wish I could post photos! I've always considered myself a pretty, darn good baker, but I'm throwing in my oven mitts! I'm so glad I ordered a bigger cake than what we needed! It did not last at the house after the party was over... I finally hid a piece for myself... There's no other Baker that I will go to in this area!

It was beyond lunch time and I hadn't eaten at all, so I looked around as we drove and saw the sign for this place. I love a good deli sandwich so I asked my husband to pull in and let me run in. It was a Wednesday afternoon and after lunch, so there were only a few people inside. Upon entering, I went in a door that was at a dessert counter. There were few cupcakes and treats in the case, so I quickly went on past to find the counter to order a sandwich. The ladies at the counter were super friendly and took my order quickly. I chose a hot ham and cheese sandwich with bbq potato chips and a fountain drink. The order took about 7 or 8 minutes to be prepared and brought to me in a box to the table where I sat and waited. There was seating outside by the river/creek(?) I believe and then there was seating inside. It looks like it was once another restaurant or some other establishment taht they have transformed into this deli. Don't let the looks of the inside deter you, though! The food was phenomenal!
