The hilltop location is the pride of all the schools in the city. Oceanside High may have the beach down the street, but this is the best. With a open field park behind and 7 foot basketball courts I always felt this place less of a prison feel than most schools. I had so many memories of this place growing up, my entire youth basically. I definitely spent more time here than the average kid because of after school basketball. First fight, first kiss, first time doing illegal substances (relax, this was in the summertime and just me and my friends, nothing to do with school) I absolutely had the best teachers around, many of which i still keep in contact with 20+ years later. If your reading this you are probably looking to place your kids here and the game has changed so much there are probably better resources to decide with. Bounce it, bounce it. I'm about to throw a couple thousand. Glad to have this been my 1000th review.

I just volunteered, kids didnt go and I didn't try any of the treats but they were so organized and made volunteering a breeze! I got to help with arranging the flower/vases and cupcakes on the snack tables and help with putting the fake flowers on the back drop and handing out fun heart glasses and took all the photos for the first group (all the k-5th families). The families were so appreciative and had so much fun. The staff here really care about the students, both educationally and their well being. My kids love going here. They just don't like to dance but after seeing it I see that there's plenty more to do rather than dance.

Our daughter thrived in her classrooms with Ms. Sabrina, Ms. Marlene, and Ms. Kerry. They were consistently kind, patient, and inspiring, helping her gain confidence, make friends, and develop new skills. She is now heading into kindergarten so ready and excited, and that's all thanks to the incredible foundation Big Future has given her. Our son also had a wonderful start in the Tiny Todds program with Ms. Marissa and Ms. Michelle.
