I go there for oil changes ,repairs ,rotations. They replaced a major piece of my drive train and Michael worked with me on a problem with that repair. I will not return to OK .,Now that Michael has left the older owners do not care about their loyal customers! I will probably need a new tire ,but I will find one elsewhere! I am 73 and was hurt and infuriated that a "man" would send me away with no offer of help. He suggested I try Express "down the street" . "Maybe they are not busy and could help me." Oh well apparently OK does not need my business so I will take it to McClarys? I miss Michael. This business will not last with him gone ! My friend was driving us back to work from lunch when a battery light appeared on her dashboard…read more Since she just replaced her battery I thought it might be her alternator so I called tire discounters to see if this was a service they offered and the guy said Yes! So as soon as we got off work we went to the place she bought her battery to get a diagnostic reading which stated "bad charging system". Luckily, we were next door to Tire Discounters so we rushed over to see if they could replace her alternator that night because she lives almost an hour from this area and didn't feel confident she'd make it home. We walk in with a new alternator and ask if they can replace it. One guy said they could replace it but it wouldnt be tonight since it was about 5:15 and they close at 6pm. We understood but felt so defeated. I asked if they thought she'd make it to Scottsboro with a bad alternator and one guy said not likely. the other guy, Jacob, said he would go check her output to see what the reading was to help gauge whether or not she should attempt the long commute. once Jacob got the reading he began looking for her alternator to see how hard it would be to get to. After he assessed everything he said he wanted to go ask the other guy a question real quick so we followed him inside. After Jacob spoke to the other guy, he came to the counter and said he was going to put the new one on and said it will be done around 6pm. Jacob went above and beyond to make sure my friend made it back home that night. He was kind, courteous, and fast. Jacob didn't have to do what he did, especially being as close to closing time as it was, but he took great care of us! GO SEE JACOB!
