Hello, Anthony. I appreciate you taking the time to fully explain your position regarding the items…read moreI brought up in my other review (which I was not able to add this to .) I understand everything you clarified. We may have a difference in opinion regarding the satellite dish, though, as other than those screws being loosened/removed precisely by the gutter company you hired to do our gutters, I do not have an explanation for how that would have happened. I know you will say that there is no way I can prove this- just as when the fixture issue came up- but I believe it happened during the gutter replacement because the satellite braces would have been in the way of the gutter. They had to be removed. All I am saying is the screws should have been replaced. I reiterate how glad I am that it has not fallen on anyone, as I have a beautiful rocking chair right under it. Just making sure you understand my point. I would have welcomed the opportunity to speak with you when you say you stopped by recently, as I WFH; but I did not notice you arriving. in any case, no worries. Now that this issue has been identified, it will be handled accordingly, to avoid any issues moving forward. Thank you for your time.

After getting our roof redone, it was time to replace our gutters. I gathered several quotes, and…read moreJerry's came in right in the middle price-wise. The crew was friendly and the installation itself went smoothly. My only frustration was the cleanup. Even though I always remind contractors to tidy up afterward, we still found screws, nails, empty water bottles, and other materials left behind -- unfortunately, this seems to be common with many companies. We also had an issue with the placement of one downspout. It was installed right next to our hose spigot, leaving no room to turn it on or off. We had to have the company return to adjust it. Overall, the work got done, but there were a couple of details that could have been handled better.

I will also admit that my roof was VERY dirty... I had told Elisha that I needed this roof cleaning to pass a city inspection. Elisha shows up, does his thing, and all seemed well. I thanked him and paid him. Then the city came out and failed the cleaning. I messaged Elisha the same day and he said not to worry, the city can be hard like that, but he'd make it right and come back out to go over some spots again and make sure I passed. Elisha did just that! He came back, recleaned, and made everything look extra sparkly. The picky city compliance officer passed the inspection and said it looked great. I want to especially thank Elisha for his dedication, professionalism, and understanding. He truly went above and beyond to make an awkward situation end in a great experience.
