Nicole patiently went through my tile options, sending me samples to see. The office is very personable and they work well together. I'm very happy I went with Aastro roofing to replace my roof, is very modern and has lots of curb appeal.

We had our roof repaired 5 years ago by Aastro after we discovered a leak shortly after we purchased our home. Had Darrin out to quote the job and they had the repair done very quickly. 5 years later discovered a leak in another area. Decided to move forward with a reroof instead of repair as roof was 26 years old. They could not have made the process any easier. They handled everything with the HOA and township for permits. Did the job quickly which was great, as I see so many new roofs sitting for weeks or months with no tile on the roof. Not with AASTRO, as soon as the tile order was scheduled to come in, they scheduled the start of the job and they were done with the entire job in a couple of weeks, start to finish including final township inspection. Was even surprised Darrin who quoted the reroof, set up a time to come by and just make sure we were happy in person. The couple little things we had which were super minor, they were happy to take care of and did within a couple days. You are in good hands with this company from start to finish. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thanks to all the staff at Aastro!

Hello, Anthony. I appreciate you taking the time to fully explain your position regarding the items…read moreI brought up in my other review (which I was not able to add this to .) I understand everything you clarified. We may have a difference in opinion regarding the satellite dish, though, as other than those screws being loosened/removed precisely by the gutter company you hired to do our gutters, I do not have an explanation for how that would have happened. I know you will say that there is no way I can prove this- just as when the fixture issue came up- but I believe it happened during the gutter replacement because the satellite braces would have been in the way of the gutter. They had to be removed. All I am saying is the screws should have been replaced. I reiterate how glad I am that it has not fallen on anyone, as I have a beautiful rocking chair right under it. Just making sure you understand my point. I would have welcomed the opportunity to speak with you when you say you stopped by recently, as I WFH; but I did not notice you arriving. in any case, no worries. Now that this issue has been identified, it will be handled accordingly, to avoid any issues moving forward. Thank you for your time.

The quotes came back at $1000 with the possibility of up to an additional $400 if they had to replace decking, $2500 and $4000. After getting all the quotes I called back the provider of the cheapest quote to make sure they were quoting the same work, which they assured they were. I don't always go with the least expensive quote but in this case I thought they understood the roof problem and were more than qualified to do the job well. I'm glad I did. The roofer I went with was Felix Sapienza. They told me they would be out in two weeks to do the job and that's exactly when they did. The whole crew couldn't have been more friendly and I learned that Bryan, Felix's son is my neighbor. They did an excellent job I would highly recommend them anytime. By the way, the bill ended up being $1000 and the decking was all in good shape. How often does that happen that you get a quote with a range and it ends up being the least. Not often these days.
