I'm paying you to send qualified people, not random folks off the street who don't know what they're doing. This is my mother's safety we're talking about. I called management multiple times trying to fix this mess. Talked to some woman named Needy who gave me the most fake, corporate apologies I've ever heard. No solutions, no changes, just "sorry you feel that way" bullshit while nothing got better. This company took our money and provided garbage care that made my mom's life worse.
