I am so glad I discovered this Gainesville gem -- only wish I had discovered it earlier! I wanted…read moreto get a new hairstyle and from a friend, they told me to visit Eden Michele Salon. I booked a consultation with Noah, and they were super sweet! We talked briefly about what I wanted for my hair, which included a slight trim and bangs! After booking an appointment a few days after, I arrived and got my hair done. I felt extremely comfortable in the environment, and I loved how roomy and clean the salon was. Noah made sure to check on me during the time to see if I was liking the progress. In the end, I loved the style that I received! It was perfect, and exactly what I had in mind. I will definitely be making a return here and I cannot recommend this place enough!

I came in for my appointment with Sharon and I asked for my whole head to be dyed cherry red. We had a consult prior to this and she agreed we can make that happen. 3hours in and I was on the verge of tears. My hair is not even close to red it's light brown with hints of copper. (Photos provided below). Keep in mind I have blond highlights in my hair- the highlights aren't even red? How can you mess up going from blond to red?! At $85 an hour, it was an absolute rip-off. I am completely disappointed and this is happening only 2 weeks away from my birthday, I am so embarrassed. I explained to her this color is nothing near what I asked for, she removed 1h from the charge because she knew she had messed up but that will not fix my hair. I had high hopes for this place. This was a waste of $170. 0/10 if I could give 0 stars I would. What even is the point of the consultation if you don't know your own limits? Unacceptable.
