Sun is definitely a hidden gem stylist in Gainesville area. As a Korean, I usually request a particular style to a stylist but I doesn't always end up with what I wanted due to the lack of experience a stylist may had. All you need is a photo of a style you want and Sun will make it happen. She is also very hospital and pleasant, and her rate is very reasonable (hence I always tip accordingly). She is also very cautious with necessary COVID precautionary measures, which makes me feel safe. I'm glad she offers her service in my area and look forward to stopping by once in a while. read more

I used to see Sun at her previous salon, and when I heard she was opening her own I was so excited! Having curly hair, I've had some bad haircuts in my day. I wanted to do a completely new style, so you can imagine how nervous I was. I showed her some pictures and we talked through what I wanted. I trusted her with my hair, and I was not disappointed! I am absolutely in love with my new style! The space is so adorable, and has lots of beautiful natural light coming in. While it's small, it's very intimate and makes you feel comforted.
