V Nails is truly impeccable. It's the only place I trust for both my manicure and pedicure because…read morethe quality is consistently unmatched. Their natural‑looking gel manicures are my absolute favorite, I get compliments all the time, and people always assume I have nail extensions. But it's actually my real nails growing long, healthy, and strong. At other salons, my nails would get thin, weak, and break easily. Ever since coming to V Nails, my nails have become noticeably thicker and stronger, to the point where they're mistaken for fake nails. That alone says everything about their technique and products. The service is always clean, precise, and professional. I leave feeling polished every single time.

It had plenty of unclean and chemical laden products, it's basically just your normal salon. It had harsh LED lights, fake plants on the wall, they offer you a drink of coke, sprite or water and it's definitely your run of the mill nail salon. I wish people truly understood what non toxic means as this feels a bit like a ruse. Decent salon, but certainly not a non-toxic or natural vibe.

Pros: - owners are nice…read more - easy online booking - conveniently located on hwy 90 Cons: - not very skilled at nails beyond the basics - deceptive photos on google If you want something basic, this place is fine. If you want anything even a little elaborate, go somewhere else. I chose this nail salon because of the amazing photos they have on Google Reviews. I love nail art, especially during the holidays, so I was wanting simple glitter ombré, with snowflakes on top. I showed not only a pic of what I wanted, but a video as well. During my appointment it became apparent Jessica did not even know how to do gel glitter ombré, so I pivoted to just doing a simple layer of glitter on top of the neutral color I had picked out, so what I walked away with was nothing like what I asked for. My nail polish isn't super even, and I need to touch up the filing. I simply don't like my nails, and am disappointed this is what I will have for the holidays. I totally understand that not every nail tech is skilled at nail art, but then make that clear. Tell the client it's not possible, and that you can only do the basics. I would have just went with red nails if I had originally known what I was going to get by trying to get nail art. My pedicure was good.

The main issue though was her attitude. I had her redo it because I didn't like the way she made the ghost and she was very disrespectful toward me and seemed very annoyed that I wanted her to redo it. I ended up just telling her to do regular French because she was unable to complete the design. This was very upsetting and I would recommend taking your business elsewhere if you want well done designs and respectful communication.

UPDATE: Enso's owner called me first thing Monday, immediately apologized, explained his assessment…read moreof what happened as well as his solution, and refunded me in full. The couple that owns the business wants their customers taken care of. Excellent service! Thank you Enso! BE VERY CAREFUL at Enso as they may add charges for services without clearly telling you the cost--or even that the service is an add-on. I was charged $60 for a regular toenail polish change and a 10-minute soak in warm water. That was literally my entire service. Meanwhile, both of my friends received full Tier 1 pedicures--including soaking, massage, hot towels, scrubbing, nail trimming/filing, cuticle care, and polish--and also paid $60. When we sat down, my nail tech offered to let my feet soak for 10 minutes while I chose my color. He never told me the soak was an additional paid service. I've had this same toenail polish change at Enso 3-4 times before, and the soak was always included. My nails were already trimmed and ready to polish. I specifically did not request filing, cutting, massage, scrubbing, or any other pedicure services. The tech spent maybe 10-15 minutes with me applying a base coat, regular polish, and topcoat. At checkout, I was shocked to see a $60 bill. When I questioned it, I was told the 10-minute soak is "typically $50," but they reduced it to $30. Since when does a 10-minute soak in water cost $50--or even $30? Most importantly, I was never told it was an additional charge.
