Ivan came out and gave a good estimate to deep clean my 100-gallon urn fountain and basin. It had not been fully drained and washed in years. He patched some cracks in the basin, saving us many hundreds rather than buy new. As the birds in the neighborhood use it for drinking and bathing, he did not use any chemicals. No need! He and his helper took everything apart and power washed it. Even the river rocks on top of the basin. I watched the process and Ivan is efficient, careful, and thorough. A true professional. He made sure I was pleased with all before finishing. I like that I got Ivan, the actual owner, and not an unknown crew that showed up. Big plus. The fountain is beautiful and clean like never before. The birds are so happy I have spent last days just watching them enjoy. Will do a deep clean at least once a year going forward with Ivan. Thanks Ivan! read more

Our fountain in the front of our house stopped working and l luckily found Ivan Fountain Service on the internet. When I called Ivan he was extremely helpful and immediate gave his option/resolutions on the problems I was having with my fountain. He completely understood the issues and offered improvements to make our life easier. He even gave us an approximate range of the costs. After looking at his website and checking his Yelp reviews, I knew he was the right vendor for us. He said he was going to show up at 7am this morning and I was so happy to see him outside my house before his planned arrival time. We went through all the work that needed to be done and he immediately start working on our fountain. Since it was never maintained he had his hands full with the dirt and sludge. Ivan was knowledgeable, professional and hard working. Within several hours he replaced our pump, added a new auto water fill valve, installed a new light and even added a new base around the fountain to prevent leaves, dirt and rocks to fall in the fountain basin. He twicked the price with all the new requests and everything is now working beautifully. We highly recommend Ivan for any fountain installation, repair and maintenance. You will be extremely happy with everything he has to offer. Thank you Ivan!! read more

The large fountain in our courtyard stopped working so we called Ivan. He quickly diagnosed the problem that the existing pump is made to be above ground, and any dampness near the pump would trip the GFI. He quickly replaced the pump with a sealed pump and it is now functioning as it should be. Ivan was responsive, professional, confidence-inspiring, and his prices were reasonable. Thank you Ivan! read more

Ivan replaced a broken pump and some chewed up wiring on my fountain last year and did a great job. Also sawed an access door to the pump so it wasn't necessary to completely disassemble the heavy concrete fountain in order to get at the pump. This year he gave me some tips over the phone for fixing an issue with my fountain which saved me the cost of a service call for something I was able to do myself. Much appreciated. read more

I have an old fountain in the courtyard of my office building. The fountain has been a maintenance problem for about 2 years and inoperable for the past fe months. Let's face it. Our 20 year old fountain was a mess. It needed help. It was down to a trickle and a bit disreputable looking. Ivan Fountain Services to the rescue. He came out quickly, charged a quite reasonable fee, worked hard, power washed and cleaned our old water feature. We could not have been happier with the job he did. He even put something on the places where the water flowed to make it a more soothing sound. He knows all the good fountain tricks of the trade. We shall use nobody else for fountain maintenance. Oh and he got rid of the trickle and it flows like a champ. read more

Ivan was very responsive and came to our home a few days after we contacted him. Ivan should be called "Mr. Follow Up" because he is very good about communicating what time he will be there, what will need to done and how much it will cost. I found Ivan on Yelp. I noticed he had 25, 5 star reviews. As an avid Yelper I read multiple reviews and I was sold. I called him up and texted him a few pictures of my dilapidated fountain in my front yard. It was a small job but that didn't matter to Ivan. He stated he fixes fountains of all sizes. He'll take on small jobs as well as large projects. He and I scheduled a time to come out a few days later. I love that Ivan stated when he will be there and called to confirm the day before and texted when he was on his was. Once the job was completed, he called me up. I work 10 minutes from home so I jammed home. The fountain looked great. He cleaned it, replaced the pump and fixed the leaks coming coming from the bottom water basin in a few hours. All at a very affordable and reasonable price. I was very happy with the outcome. Ivan was very friendly and a wizard at his craft. He explained the repairs in detail and told me his work is guaranteed and to let him know if I have any problems with my fountain in the future. I was lucky to come across Ivan's Fountain Service. I have a fountain guy for life. If you are in need of fountain repairs (big or small) call Ivan! You wont be disappointed. Hopefully you are in his service area, if not move. LOL! read more
