On August 26 I had a facial and derma-facial done. It was 60 minutes and was so relaxing. My face feels so clean and it glows. I am terrible with names and I forgot my esthetician name. I'm so sorry. She did not introduce herself and I asked during my facial. Anyway, she was great. Face to Face Spa does a lot of other services as well. They offer several different kinds of facials, Botox, waxing, weight loss injections, lashes, peels and brow tinting. F to F also has a membership program for discounts off your services. The salon was so clean and tidy. Just like they just opened! This location is an hour away from me but I plan on returning.

She won't respond if you call her.At least she didn't when we reached out several times. Fortunately we were seen by the medical staff at Memorial Hermann, because a potentially life-threatening condition was overlooked. Lesson learned: When it comes to your health don't just trust anyone - especially when their standard of care and practices are not closely monitored.

Patients should have the right to informed consent and to make decisions about what they are comfortable agreeing to without being refused care. I made sure to take photos of the documents for my records and plan to report this situation to Health and Human Services, the City of Houston, and public health authorities. The front desk staff member who checked me in, who identified herself as Brenda D., was also very unprofessional. Another patient in the lobby even mentioned that they had experienced her rudeness as well, which speaks volumes about the environment. Overall, this experience felt disrespectful and concerning from both a patient rights and customer service perspective. I would not recommend this clinic.
