She won't respond if you call her.At least she didn't when we reached out several times. Fortunately we were seen by the medical staff at Memorial Hermann, because a potentially life-threatening condition was overlooked. Lesson learned: When it comes to your health don't just trust anyone - especially when their standard of care and practices are not closely monitored.

I made sure to take photos of the documents for my records and plan to report this situation to Health and Human Services, the City of Houston, and public health authorities. The front desk staff member who checked me in, who identified herself as Brenda D., was also very unprofessional. Another patient in the lobby even mentioned that they had experienced her rudeness as well, which speaks volumes about the environment.
