We arrived had to fill out tons of paperwork that could have been sent to me prior to visit. What sealed the deal was their competitive pricing, and though there were only a few reviews, 6 or so, they were all positive. I booked an appointment and was extremely satisfied. Be mindful of making online appointments. I booked an appointment online, only to have them call a little over an hour before the scheduled time asking me to delay it by an hour and 15 minutes. When the newly offered scheduled time didn't work for me, I requested a refund. When I ask when the refund would go through, I was told it would have to wait for a manager to do it on Monday or Tuesday, while today is a Saturday. Update: the owner has reached out to me to correct the situation and everything was truly appreciated. Customer service clearly means a lot to the owner and she shows it. found a Groupon to this spa for a microderm and facial. I had bought it for myself as a birthday treat. I arrived about 1215pm on Saturday. I met the owner who was very nice. As she was checking me in she kept explaining how the Groupon codes were not working and how she would never use Groupon again. Hearing this I felt bad for even buying the Groupon in the first place. So I was taken back to a lovely waiting area to fill out paperwork. After I was done with that I was taken into a room for my facial and microdermabrasion. The person who did my session was very nice and professional. So the other times I have had these services done at other salons I was given a wrap to take off my shirt so my neck area and shoulders were expose for the massage part well, that didn't happen. So I was on the table in my T-shirt. The other times I have this service done my face was fist cleansed, extracted and all that other awesome facial stuff then a microderm last. This time I was asked if I was wearing make up and I said no, so she did the microderm first. I probably should have said something but I'm pretty sure not cleansing my face and starting with a microderm just spreads germs and bacteria all over my face. So I get the worlds shortest facial, no extractions,no massage or anything. I didn't see any difference in my skin and I definitely didn't feel pampered. I left the spa at 1pm. Even using other places Groupons for identical services I've never spent less than 2 hours at a spa. This morning I woke up and guess what? I have break outs all over my cheeks and texture everywhere where there never was any before. I am so dissatisfied. Last time I had one done everyone complimented my skin, now it's bumpy, red and broken out.
