Both my mouth and stomach were so happy with the delicious feast, I just had to spread the good word. Seriously, these guys {Zach and Aaron} prepare some pretty darn amazing food -- it's local, wholesome, and fresh. I'm vegetarian, so what excited me the most, was the variety and type of the vegetables they used in the dishes (butternut squash, brussel sprouts, carrots etc.). The combo of vegetables was hearty and seasonal, and perfectly salted (I hate when veggies are over seasoned/salted and you can't taste the veggies). Everyone else in my group of 15 seemed to love the chicken too! The meal was followed by a wonderful apple tart with fresh whipped cream. This was NOT a sickeningly sweet dessert by any means, which also makes me happy. The apple tart seemed to really boast the fresh-in-season flavors of the apples themselves -- it was perfect! Lastly, I should mention the guys {Zach and Aaron} are great! They easily accommodated all dietary restrictions in the group (vegetarians etc.). They are super friendly and easy to work with. I will have them cater to my next party so I can focus on mingling with guests instead of being stuck in the kitchen!

They took great care of our guests, were professional, and made the drinks portion of the night easy as can be! In addition, Eddena worked with my crazy self trying to figure out last minute cocktails and provided great advice on garnish, mixers, etc. She even made the cinnamon simple syrup we used! I would recommend Eddena and her team anytime. My "problem" is I will always want Eddena at the event! :)

Communication & Transparency: From the beginning, Gelsey and her team were incredibly communicative, responsive, and easy to work with. In fact, they actually advised us NOT to do certain services through them because we had more affordable options available. This kind of honesty is so rare with wedding vendors and made us trust them completely. Planning & Flexibility: We had so much fun at our tasting, and they made excellent recommendations for seasonal dishes that would appeal to all our guests, including those with dietary restrictions. They were also incredibly flexible--they even added a super last-minute coffee and tea service for not much more than it would have cost us to orchestrate ourselves, which was a huge hit with our slightly more mature crowd who wanted to make it to the after party! Day-of Service: On our wedding day, the entire staff was warm, thoughtful, and kind. We were handed champagne the second we appeared!
