However, my wife had caught wind that buffalo wild wings serves cauliflower wings as an alternative to those like me who do not eat meat. My wife appreciated the service that she received from the cashier who was giving us this order to go. We ordered two sets of cauliflower wings and a small order of fries. She did ask for one of the cauliflower wings to have dry rub and to put sauce on the side but we will let that go simply because all three dishes we tried were absolutely delicious. I don't think there are many plant-based restaurants that I've been to that have the recipe for cauliflower wings down in this way. The garlic honey cauliflower wings had a very low heat rating which helps the both of us out but it does not take away from how delicious it tasted. The other set of cauliflower wings that we got without sauce was just as good. Both of us were not expecting the french fries to taste this good. Needless to say, our experience with these three late night snacks was amazing! If this tastes as good on cauliflower, for those looking for an alternative to other places that sell wings, they may just have some of the best out there judging solely by the sauces.
