I ask for extra crispy chicken and well done fries, chicken seems raw and fries still had that starchy grainy taste. Had to recook it, to eat it. I wasn't planning on making a review but the assistant/ Manager was not friendly at all and didn't care. So here I am. The person who picked up the phone was very friendly and nice and took all my information, he said he will send it to the assistant manager. My old man had just finished up a chemotherapy treatment and was really craving something salty and with fries. After almost 15 minutes of trying to figure out what he wanted, he said that he wanted to go to the place where they only sell those small chicken wings. I mentioned "Wingstop?" And he said emphatically, "yes!" We love this place because it gave my dad a great meal after his treatment, fries and a drink. There were lots of flavors of chicken wings that he could choose from as well as different options that included sandwiches and chicken tenders. The place is clean and has spaces for people if they want to dine in. It is obviously a very popular restaurant as people were picking up orders from online, DoorDash, as well as regular customers coming in to eat. I've visited this place so far about three or four times specifically for my dad and we are very happy with the quality of service, how quick it is, and how good the food is. read more

My husband and I ordered dinner for the family tonight. The kids ordered a large order of plain fries (to go with what they were having from home). My husband ordered wings and a large lightly seasoned French fry. I ordered a large cheese fry lightly seasoned with their Cajun seasoning. We did not receive what we ordered. My husband's wings and my kids fries were perfect. My husband's fries had no seasoning at all. My cheese fries had no cheese and were barely seasoned at all. Quality control is atrocious. Food is pretty darn good! However, I spend too much when I visit Wingstop! Those blasted wings are expensive! We ordered lemon pepper wings, BBQ wings, fries and some boneless BBQ bites. Either it's old oil or has been cooked a few times , maybe left in the fryer overnight? I picked up the order myself so I expected them to at least be warm on my 5 minute drive. So not only we're they visually unappealing, they were also literally nasty. My kid loves fries, even he wouldn't go near them after one bite. The first picture is what they advertise.... They said that was fine because they had not made it (it was an order ahead order for later) but that it could take up to two weeks to go back on my card.
