I genuinely love It's a Wrap. It's a small business, and you can truly feel the heart and intention behind everything they do. I found them during the Christmas season when I needed gifts wrapped, and I remember being blown away -- the level of detail, care, and perfection was unreal. Every single gift I gave got compliments, and people kept asking me who did them. Since then, I've kept going back for birthdays and special moments, and somehow they exceed my expectations every time. Most recently, I needed a last-minute balloon and flower setup for my partner's birthday, and they came through same day and even hand-delivered it to me. It was beautiful, thoughtful, and made the whole moment feel so special. What really stands out is the love they put into their work. They're kind, reliable, and go above and beyond in a way that's rare. Supporting them feels good because they genuinely care. If you want your gifts or events to feel elevated and meaningful, this is it. I'm a forever customer read more

"I ordered a last-minute balloon delivery for a surprise birthday, and I am beyond impressed! The delivery was right on time, and the owner was so accommodating with my short notice. The balloons added the perfect festive touch to the celebration with customized lettering..Fantastic customer service and will definitely be my go-to shop from now on!" I was ordering from out of state and noticed that they also have cards and flowers as well. I have some upcoming birthdays, so I'll be ordering my flowers and balloons from them in the future. read more

Y Lane/It's A Wrap provided all the florals for our wedding, and everyone who attended could tell they were truly special. During the planning process, Y understood my wacky vision, and I felt confident knowing she could run with it and make something I would love. On the day of the wedding, Y installed everything promptly, and added extra touches (like garlands by the stairs) just to be kind and add beauty to the space. The whole time Y was transparent about price and worked with us to execute our vision along lines we could afford. She truly is a marvel and I wholly recommend her and her team! read more

I handle gifting for my company and needed over 80 holiday gifts wrapped, and I'm so glad I found It's a Wrap in Studio City to take on the project. From start to finish, the experience was effortless and very professional. Their communication was clear, consistent and prompt, they offered a great selection of wrapping papers and ribbon options, and they made the whole process feel easy despite the volume. It was literally a gift that kept on giving! The turnaround time was impressive, the presentation was beautiful, and the attention to detail really showed. On top of that, their customer service was superb--friendly, accommodating, and truly focused on making sure everything came out perfectly. I'm incredibly happy with the entire experience and would highly recommend It's a Wrap for any and all wrapping needs, big or small. And the shop is so cute, like straight out of a hallmark movie! read more

Beautifully wrapped presents to launch your Christmas tree. I love a beautifully wrapped package and my sweet husband discovered you all. The service was wonderful. You inspired me to start making fancy bows again. It's expensive but when you consider the quality, it's a value. I do not like ribbons with print on them. My only gripe. I like subtle classy. its a wrap - Here was my favorite wrapped gift. Absolutely beautiful. Thank you! - Balloon Services Near Me - Studio City, California

Gorgeous work! Made our youngest's sweet 16 a breathtaking event with flowers and balloons that enhanced our theme and environment.

I have used Ye Lane for many events and have recommended her to many others over the years. I recommended her for a friend's wedding. She was going to be the on site coordinator the day of the wedding. Even though she wasn't hired to do the flowers, when the other flowers were delivered and they were sub par, she fixed them. The mother-in-law threw a fit at one point and she was able to calm her down. The cake stand wasn't delivered with the cake, so she called someone to pick it up and drive it out to the venue. Wouldn't accept no from the other vendor. She even looked after the dog ring bearer after the ceremony. And the bride never knew there were any issues, because she handled everything calmly and professionally. Her flowers are inspired and beautiful. She listens to the clients and gives 110% always! She also has great referrals for DJ's, etc., too. For bat mitvahs, weddings, birthdays, holiday gifts, her creativity in choosing gifts and her gift wrapping is absolutely non matched. You'll be so happy you met her and worked with her! read more

They truly don't understand the art and craft of gift wrapping at a level that cannot be matched by seasonal stations at the mall. Tujunga Village is also really cute! read more

I love this cute spot right on the heart of Tujunga Village at their new location. Carolyn and E, the owners, do a great job with the business. They are so sweet, kind, and catering. It's a one stop shop for all your gifting needs, when it comes to Gift Wrapping- cute cards, decors, and best of all the Fresh Flowers. They do amazing flower arrangements for any occasion from Birthdays, Anniversaries, even Funerals- and hand deliver and do a set up as well. Great service and exceptional value. Highly recommend this place. Thank you ladies ! read more

Last minute packaging for a good price! I was elated that the gifts were neatly packaged!

If you need beautiful festive wrapping, It's a Wrap has your back. You can pick out your paper and ribbon but she also has a great eye if you need help. Each present is like a work of art and I never want to open them. The prices are reasonable. Service is prompt. Even today, three days before Christmas, she's backed up but still managed to get me together in about an hour. Do yourself a favor and visit this shop. 15/10 read more

Great at wrapping gifts. Done in a timely manner. Excellent price. Large paper selection.

I LOVE this place! There are so many goodies in the shop and creativity flying everywhere. When I first came here, I was impressed by the beautiful gift wrapping hung on the ceiling and outside their door and didn't even know this was a service they offered. YE, The owner is so unique and creative that I don't think there's any other place like this out there! It's a true gem in Studio City. In a time where we don't have the time to wrap gifts this is the place to go!!! If you buy any items in the shop, the gift wrapping is free! They also have balloons, custom gifts... seriously this is your one stop shop if you're looking to do something nice for someone! Their customer service is beyond amazing!!! This just opened and already a well-loved shop for locals and not so local (like me). I'll drive here any day to get my stuff wrapped and beautified any day! read more

Love this place. Great cards, humorous to homemade. You can get everything you need in this little shop, a gift, balloons, flowers, a card, gift wrapping etc. The employees are really friendly. It's the same group of people who used to run Card Heaven at Ventura & Vineland. Bonus is there's a lot of nice little shops & restaurants to walk to. read more

Ye is a Godsend! The Saturday night before Easter I desperately needed balloons for my sons 13th birthday, which also fell on Easter. I contacted Ye at 6:00 pm Saturday eve. Not only did I have balloons within a couple of hours, they were personally delivered to my door! Ye went out of her way, from home to make sure my child had balloons for his big day! I was blown away, that she went out of her way to do this. I am not surprised though, I've known Ye and Carolyn from Card Heaven for a long time and was always well take care of. Please support their new business if you need anything party related. Ye you are truly Amazing!!! read more

I have been a customer of theirs since they were employed at Card Heaven. I used to go there for every occasion while looking for gifts, cards, and gift wrapping. There is gift wrapping and then there is there is the artful execution of high quality that they perform. They are exceptional at what they do. Every time I give a gift, the recipient always asks in amazement if I did it or where I had it done. Every time without hesitation I tell them where to go. Unfortunately, Card Heaven closed but I received a text that informed me that these wonderful individuals are continuing to provide their talents in another location. I was relieved because I can't replicate what they do and I love to support local small businesses, so it all worked out perfectly. They are incredibly nice and provide a specific service that you don't really find in abundance. read more

It's A Wrap! is the best place to have your gifts wrapped, period, from basic to artisanal bow presentations, etc.  They offer a really nice, beautiful selection of wrapping papers from which to choose.  The people who essentially run the day-to-day business are longstanding associates with a vested interest in superlative quality and service to the customer.  Old school professionalism and very personalized.  When you need the wrapping to look beautiful and right, this is the place to go. It's A Wrap! is on Tujunga now.  Nearest cross street is Moorpark and the business itself is just across the street from Aroma Cafe.  The business used to be Card Heaven in Studio City just off of Vineland/Ventura, but they've moved and the same professional staff moved with it.   Highly recommended. read more

I've taken a number of "Cricut How To" classes before. Y's class is the first one that made me feel confident enough to ACTUALLY use my machine. AND use it on my own and make a number of projects!! She explains it in an easy to understand way and also makes sure YOU actually complete each step on your own to be sure you'll know how later to when she's not around. When she's not around, she is available by text and gets back to you in a reasonable amount of time. I would HIGHLY recommend Y to anyone who wants to learn how to use their cricut machine. I know I will be using her again and again as I try all the new and exciting things my cricut can do. read more

The wonderful staff at Card Heaven, who always had the best greeting cards and other items, are back at their own new place!! I hope everyone gets the word out. What a terrific place! read more
