I have used Ye Lane for many events and have recommended her to many others over the years. I recommended her for a friend's wedding. She was going to be the on site coordinator the day of the wedding. Even though she wasn't hired to do the flowers, when the other flowers were delivered and they were sub par, she fixed them. The mother-in-law threw a fit at one point and she was able to calm her down. The cake stand wasn't delivered with the cake, so she called someone to pick it up and drive it out to the venue. Wouldn't accept no from the other vendor. She even looked after the dog ring bearer after the ceremony. And the bride never knew there were any issues, because she handled everything calmly and professionally. Her flowers are inspired and beautiful. She listens to the clients and gives 110% always! She also has great referrals for DJ's, etc., too. For bat mitvahs, weddings, birthdays, holiday gifts, her creativity in choosing gifts and her gift wrapping is absolutely non matched. It's a one stop shop for all your gifting needs, when it comes to Gift Wrapping- cute cards, decors, and best of all the Fresh Flowers. They do amazing flower arrangements for any occasion from Birthdays, Anniversaries, even Funerals- and hand deliver and do a set up as well. Great service and exceptional value. If you need beautiful festive wrapping, It's a Wrap has your back. You can pick out your paper and ribbon but she also has a great eye if you need help. Each present is like a work of art and I never want to open them. The prices are reasonable. Service is prompt. When I first came here, I was impressed by the beautiful gift wrapping hung on the ceiling and outside their door and didn't even know this was a service they offered. YE, The owner is so unique and creative that I don't think there's any other place like this out there! It's a true gem in Studio City. In a time where we don't have the time to wrap gifts this is the place to go!!! If you buy any items in the shop, the gift wrapping is free! Ye is a Godsend! The Saturday night before Easter I desperately needed balloons for my sons 13th birthday, which also fell on Easter. I contacted Ye at 6:00 pm Saturday eve. Not only did I have balloons within a couple of hours, they were personally delivered to my door! Ye went out of her way, from home to make sure my child had balloons for his big day! I was blown away, that she went out of her way to do this. I am not surprised though, I've known Ye and Carolyn from Card Heaven for a long time and was always well take care of. I have been a customer of theirs since they were employed at Card Heaven. I used to go there for every occasion while looking for gifts, cards, and gift wrapping. There is gift wrapping and then there is there is the artful execution of high quality that they perform. They are exceptional at what they do. Every time I give a gift, the recipient always asks in amazement if I did it or where I had it done. Every time without hesitation I tell them where to go. Unfortunately, Card Heaven closed but I received a text that informed me that these wonderful individuals are continuing to provide their talents in another location. I was relieved because I can't replicate what they do and I love to support local small businesses, so it all worked out perfectly. I've taken a number of "Cricut How To" classes before. Y's class is the first one that made me feel confident enough to ACTUALLY use my machine. AND use it on my own and make a number of projects!! She explains it in an easy to understand way and also makes sure YOU actually complete each step on your own to be sure you'll know how later to when she's not around. When she's not around, she is available by text and gets back to you in a reasonable amount of time. I would HIGHLY recommend Y to anyone who wants to learn how to use their cricut machine. I know I will be using her again and again as I try all the new and exciting things my cricut can do. read more
