I have a minor problem with my laptop, in which the small screws that keep the bottom of the computer attached, keep falling out. The first time I went in, not only was I was given a very fair quote for a full repair, but the owner replaced the missing screws free of charge and showed me how to be careful with opening my laptop so as not to incur further damage. The second time I went in was to see if I could buy some of the screws as they keep falling out (from damage that I have caused to the computer through travel). The owner again replaced the screws for no charge and was very kind, professional and respectful. He did not pressure me at all to get the larger repair, even though I have been in twice now. I feel that the owner is an honest and sincere person and I would highly recommend Komputertek!

I had to leave this review for the digi group, they are just outstanding! They are always courteous and professional, which sounds like meh until you have dealt with others who are not so much. One technician from another company came when I was alone in the office, stood right over my chair, crowding my private space, and asked me if he was "going to have to come here every day until you get it right" when showing me how to use the new copier. It was a horrible and uncomfortable experience. He was upset that he had to come back and show me how to do something, I guess he got in trouble at his job when I called them to ask questions.
