Although she was told that we did not need their services as we had already decided on another company she visited multiple times to hard sell her services. She would not take no for an answer and it was to the level of harassment. After she was told no for the final time, we received a call from Washington L&I regarding a call they received about improper asbestos-related work in our home. We had already tested the home to confirm that there was no asbestos related materials. This resulted in additional work and headache for us to refute this false report. During this disastrous time for me and my family, most of the people we have interacted with have been extremely helpful and understanding. It is unfortunate that there are some people out there who want to take advantage of our misfortune. I do not want an apology or any contact from your business. I want you to stop doing this to people, especially people who are trying to recover from a disaster. When I arrived at the kiosk, the guy told me $170. I said "really?" And he said "yes, they're expensive." Told him I was quoted $150 and he said "oh okay sure no problem." Took about an hour which is exactly what he quoted. That wasn't bad, although when I called they told me 30-45 minutes. All good there, no big deal. I picked up my phone and there was a noticeable scratch on the backing. I pointed it out to him and he said "it's okay!! Next time you break it, come back and I'll help you" what?? Next time I break it? lol. I asked him if he'll go down to $140 since it's scratched and he said no. After tax I paid $165. Wouldn't be irritated with the price if it were really good quality. The MagSafe doesn't even work anymore and I can no longer use any MagSafe mounts on my phone. Good thing I'm upgrading soon, but I wish I didn't bother replacing the back. Overall -- quality isn't the best and the customer service experience was below par. I'd recommend you pay a little more to get it done right by someone who will treat you like a valued customer.

After leaving the store, I noticed the kiosk at IRepair Xpert. I decided to see if there was any chance to bring my phone back to life and I'm so glad I found them. The owner Moni, said he was able to fix my phone and would have it done within 45 minutes. During the diagnostic, we saw what was wrong and he showed us what was being fixed. The knowledge and skill that he presented was just absolutely amazing, I couldn't believe he was able to fix my phone in only 20 minutes and a huge corporation like Apple couldn't repair my phone!
