Unfortunately, the shipping company they were using at the time managed to do the impossible and lose an entire grandfather clock somewhere between Wisconsin and Kansas. To this day, I have no idea where it ended up, but I never blamed The Harp Gallery for that fiasco. Fast forward to this year: I spotted a magnificent Wooton desk on Facebook, immediately went to The Harp Gallery's website, called the store, and bought it before someone else could beat me to it. This time, Harp handled the delivery themselves, and the entire experience was flawless. Communication was excellent, the desk arrived exactly as described, and the delivery team was outstanding. They were professional, careful, courteous, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where it needed to be. Buying a 19th-century Wooton desk isn't exactly an everyday purchase, but Harp made the process remarkably easy. The desk was fairly priced, the service was exceptional, and the entire transaction reminded me why they've earned such a strong reputation. If you're looking for quality antiques and people who genuinely care about getting them safely into your home, I highly recommend The Harp Gallery. And if anyone happens to spot an antique French Morbier clock wandering around somewhere between Wisconsin and Kansas, please let me know. It's probably mine.

While the selection of games, paints, cards, and toys is wide, there is no reason to subject one's self to the abuses of the staff, and there is no need for anyone to support such intolerable behavior. This has not always been the case here, but the quality of interaction with the staff has diminished drastically these last five years. Don't shop here; don't give them your money.

They told us we could pick out what we wanted (painting pottery or melting glass together). I ended up selecting a small vase and I went to town on finding the right colors. We all really enjoyed painting out respective pieces and it was actually harder than I thought! I used a bunch of different-sized brushes so I could get the right amount of detail for certain parts of my design. There weren't very many staff members around to help if we had any questions, but I honestly can't think of any questions we might have. It's pretty straightforward: pick out your piece, pick out your paint, and go to town painting it! One of my sisters later picked up the box of all our decorated pieces, so I didn't have any more interaction with the employees there. I had a really fun experience here; there's nothing quite like relaxing with a paintbrush and hanging out with friends, even if you're no Van Gogh. Tips: Be sure to check the little swatch that shows you how the paint colors turn out after being fired up in the kiln. I wasn't observant enough, and my vase turned out a robin egg blue when I was expecting a royal blue. Also, I recommend writing your name on the bottom, just in case!

Upon arrival to their house we got it out of the truck to inspect it. Upon inspection we noticed that 2 legs on one of the chairs was broken, the table is missing the center leaf. We called the store to address the issue and see if possibly the leaf was left there on accident. They then advised us that there wasn't anything left there for that table and chair set. So we asked them if we could return it for a full refund and they said that that's not possible. Even after addressing the issues they still refuse to process a full refund. The girl at the store said it was donated and they don't think it came with one. The girl also said that we could donate it or sell it on fb. The table honestly isn't worth more than 40$. So therefor in my opinion they falsely advertised an item for sale without addressing that it was missing a very crucial part of the table. My parents bought that table because they are adopting their grandchildren and needed a bigger table to accommodate everyone. My parents were taken advantage of and this business refuses to fix the problem. I simply want a refund for the money my parents paid.

I think I paid $4 or less at another thrift store. I've seen the same item several times for around $10 at the antique malls. The Echoes tag says this item goes for up to $35 online. This isn't even true. I checked the recent eBay sold listings and it's actually selling for around $6-$8. This store also attempted to sell two fully decorated Christmas trees with storage containers for $300 each. Do you go to a small Christian thrift store looking to spend $300? I don't. The tree has sat there since November. It's now the "bargain price" of $100, four days before Christmas. Most people are not looking to buy a decorated tree this close to Christmas. Had it been priced at $100 - instead of $300 - back in November then maybe it would have sold!?
