Went tonight as we were dying to try it after all the reviews. Needless to say we walked in and were told there was a 45 minute wait however, the bar area was open and we were not offered it. I then asked if we could eat at the bar instead of waiting for a table and they were like ok. We never ordered appetizers and at 6:35 ordered 2 bread bowl pastas (their specialties). After 45 minutes we asked what was doing w our food and were told there was a lot of orders. A manager approached us and said our order was next. In the interim 3 orders were brought over to us mistakenly and for another table. Now ios almost and hour and we asked again where our food was and were told by the girl we ordered with that she doesn't work in the kitchen. Therefore, we said (after 1 hour plus...) please cancel our order. They said oh don't worry it's on us. So I said what do I owe u for the iced tea and coke we had and she said nothing it's on us. Do u want us to pack the food up for you she asked and we said ok. Now it's over an hour and 10 minutes and the food still never came so we just walked out. So disgusted! I will never ever go back! Went in on a Saturday afternoon. Ambience and service were okay. Pizza and other things in the case looked good and I probably should have stuck with that. Ordered chicken Milanese with a side of mushroom risotto. I was excited they had mushroom risotto as a side choice. I shouldn't have been. The "risotto" was basically buttered rice with some mushroom pieces in it. The chicken Milanese was three pieces of barely breaded chicken with little taste next to a sad little pile of arugula and some grape tomatoes. My husband had pasta with the Bolognese sauce that he said was, "meh." Kids wanted Shirley Temples and our waiter said they only had the premade kind in the bottle. My son doesn't like that so we said, no thanks. The waiter must have overheard us saying it was odd that a place like that couldn't make one and he came back over and said actually they could! The kids were happy and then the drink arrived and was obviously from the bottle. My son drank it anyway and the waiter asked him if he wanted another and of course being a kid, he said yes. We went on a Sunday early evening. There was tables open but they told us that all the tables were for reservations. We could eat at the bar but they didn't serve all the menu at the bar. One of the dishes we wanted to order we couldn't get at the bar. So we left. They didn't say there would be a wait. It doesn't say on the website it's by reservations only. And we were annoyed that the menu is limited if we sit at the bar which wasn't our first choice. There should only be a certain amount of tables for reservations not the whole restaurant! read more

I recently visited here because I had realized this was a pretty new place and I hadn't seen it before. I figured I give it a try. The marinara and ricotta slice was my favorite, very flavorful and crunchy crust. The alla vodka slice in my honest opinion was just okay. I felt the sauce itself was a little bland and could've maybe used a little salt in the sauce itself. Awesome dining tonight here. Lucy was our server and made everyone feel welcome and like family. Chicken Francez was great as was the eggplant. Was able to customize the order a little which was very nice. The interior has been completely updated and upgraded; really nice work and very warm and comfortable. My beef short rib rigatoni was very well done! It was different than others I have had; very distinct and unique. I was very pleased overall. First time here tonight. We are baby sitting for our 3+1/2 year old grandson. I asked what he wanted for dinner and said Mac N Cheese pizza. I said why and he said it was delicious. I called my daughter and she told me they brought in last week from here. So I ordered 3 Max N Cheese slices a margarita pie and a slice of Buffalo chicken. The chicken parm with pasta tasted like the sauce came out of a prego jar, the linguini with clams were disgusting - the clams were definitely canned clams and you get three shells in the dish and they are all chopped up. Mixed feelings about my experience . The old Expression about putting lipstick on a pig is the perfect analogy however to be fair I'm not saying it was as bad as Gino's got toward the end. With that being said , it's not too far off either. Same place just renovated . A lot of familiar faces . The food was good. Not spectacular but good . I would order from there again , however prob just take out . The waitstaff seemed very overwhelmed and it wasn't even busy. We got all our food before we got bread . I've eaten here twice since the owners/name changed and I've loved it each time. It's a little fancier than it was before.
