There isn't a hostess so it's a "wait till a table opens and go sit at it even if it hasn't been bussed" type of place. The mild wasn't too spicy and had a great flavor and the Gold were super sweet and smoky with a little tang. The fries aren't anything to write home about as a side, but the teaser appetizer that has the cheese and bacon fries definitely was. The bacon is fresh and crispy and the fried apps on it are really crunchy and the oil tastes very clean and not reused a lot. The place was a -little- dirty in certain areas like the back wall where we sat and the bathroom, but it wasn't overall disgusting or a health violation, just could've used a little tlc.
