For the owner. I was told I couldn't use a Big Deal Zone coupon worth $25. I spoke with the manager, after some back and forth the manager gave me a Manager discounted order. We witnessed another customer try to use a coupon and he was told they couldn't and he paid for his meal. I have another coupon and would like to know it will honored at one of the Huntsville stores. Thank you! read more

I love this place! I'm a vegetarian and get a grilled cheese w veggies and it's so good! plus a 100 health score.... incredible!

I went to this Five Guys location this evening with some friends, due to the location being close to where we live. Once again, the food was delicious and so was my milkshake. I've been coming to this particular Five Guys location for years now and I've never had a problem. Will continue to come back! read more

I'm on a high protein diet and the burger in a lettuce wrap works well! Great service!

Getting older I can only tolerate beef specifically burgers every BLUE moon. Still, that craving for a burger seems to creep up on me. After finishing my workload, I decided my craving must be fulfilled. It was a toss up between Red Robin and Five guys! Birh great contenders but my mind instantly thought of the malt vinegar plus fry ketchup ratio. There were three locations within my vicinity yet this location had the best Google reviews. After a 12 minute drive I pulled up, slowly side eyeing Red Robin as I pulled into the parking lot . I ordered a little bacon burger with just about everything, the secret.... Jalapeños! Adds the perfect kick and beat to a juicy burger. Made fresh. My eyes are usually bigger than my stomach but I ate the entire lil sammich and that says alot for me! Secret number two... Malt vinegar your fries!!!!! I don't know why I decided on this one day, but it changed my fry game life. The cashier wasn't the nicest or welcoming but I breezed over that All and all, my craving expectation was met and I'm woo king my way back to my car now. Full and satisfied! read more

Best burgers ever. It can be a lil pricy but they will load you up on the fries, definitely worth it!

Just wanted to stop in and say that I'm a HUGE 5 Guys fan, and this is my favorite 5 Guys of the many that I've tried. Of course, I'm probably a little biased - I grew up going here and it was a favorite hangout in middle and high school days. Still, 5 Guys is by far my favorite fast casual burger chain, and this one is my favorite iteration of it all. Honestly, I've probably been over 200 times in the 10 years I've been visiting. My order has been wrong exactly one time, which is a great record as far as I'm concerned. The burgers are always cooked perfectly, the fries are crispy and plentiful, and the peanuts are extra salty. While not my favorite place for a shake, theirs are pretty good. The place is spotless and I've seen the staff handle crowds of 150 people with great patience and kindness. They're all friendly, hardworking, good people. They're welcoming and smiling every time I come in, and nobody judges me for my addiction, haha. :) I miss this place a lot now that I'm in Tuscaloosa - the one here just isn't the same. Keep doing what you're doing here - I'll be home in just two years! read more

Very particular on who I receive meat between buns from. But in this case I was satisfied with the meat given to me from Five Guys. Service was great as well as the wait time. Could just eat the burgers or fries individually if i had to! Fresh tasting every time! read more

Five Guys - Little Cheeseburger - Hot Dogs Near Me - Huntsville, Alabama

We always enjoy five guys. They are doing a great job with social distancing and employees wearing masks. They have an employee getting drinks and for each refill you are given a new cup and straw. My only complaint, the kid taking our order was a bit rude...he may have been having a bad day and I know it's rough with all the adjustments we are having to make, so I have him the benefit of the doubt this time. read more

Stopped by for lunch. The little Cajun fry seems a little smaller in quantity than other locations I have been to. Overall quick service and good food! Burger was just right! read more

Five Guys - a hamburger and french fries on a table - Hot Dogs Near Me - Huntsville, Alabama

The food is good. It's a bit expensive, but it's a lot of food. We will be back but we both said we would get the single patty as it was a lot of food. read more

This rating is based on the curbside which ain't curbside. I ordered online, the whole point was to not have to go in a busy store. The app said park in a designated area and that's it, so I parked in curbside parking and waited. And waited. Annnnnnd waited. I called and asked if they had true curbside and the person that answered said yes but didn't inquire about my order or ask if I was waiting. So I go inside and they tell me 'oh you just pull up to the curb'. Like fr?? If that's what I was supposed to do then the app should say that. I go in to get my order and my order is all in the back of a table full and I STILL had to wait, like what's the damn point of curbside. Food was fine, it's always fine but these businesses need to get it together. read more

Another great 5 Guys location. Food was fresh, hot and tasty! Fries cooked just right, extra crispy. Physical location was very clean, inclusive of the bathrooms. Good COVID protocols. Will be back when in the area. Thanks! read more

It's Five Guys what more can you say. Always clean always friendly and the food is always fresh. It's a great location and the owners do a great job staffing it and the mangers do a good job. Always on point. The burgers are just Amazing. My kids used to only eat my burgers, but now they'll eat five guys because they are awesome like me. I love you guys but your prices are becoming ridiculous. read more

I love this place been going here for years it's cheap and delicious great place to go for a cheap filling burger everything you've heard is true about this place my be a chain but great food and good prices read more

Outstanding service. Young tall kid at the register was awesome and they had pick up services available and employees wearing ppe.

Whenever I crave a burger in Huntsville, I end up going to Five Guys. This location has always served me a delicious hamburger with even yummier, crispy cajun fries. They operate in an open area, so you're able to see your food being made if you're into that. The restroom and eating space is always kept nice and clean and the staff is friendly. If you're looking for a customizable, filling, cheap burger, Five Guys is the place to go! read more

This Five Guys is the best. Friendly and excellent service. Always clean or in a swift process of being so. Great food. Well managed as huge lunch & dinner crowds are served and on their way as fast as need be. Love this place! read more

Five Guys - a view of a restaurant from above - Hot Dogs Near Me - Huntsville, Alabama

Hey, i know yelp requires a long comment, but what can I say. It's five guys the food is good every time. Love this place just can't eat it everyday. read more

Whenever I find myself ravenous I drive down to this five guys and I consume a cheeseburger. They're so hella good that they make my toes curl. When you enter this fine dining establishment you can already smell the HEAVENLY FOOD that is likely crafted by the hands of god himself. Whenever I get a wiff of it at the door I fr be levitating over the the counter like a cartoon character to follow the smell. The wait is never too bad and when it is a little long it's all well worth it when you receive that little brown paper sac with grease stains on the bottom from the delicious meal inside of it. I also have many memories from the restaurant; like the time I twisted a ketchup packet so aggressively it exploded all over my face. I felt so violated but I couldn't stay aggravated for long after I ate my cheeseburger because the five guys euphoria sensation overtook me. This five guys location truly puts all restaurants in this shopping center TO SHAME in comparison to its untouchable godly status and IMPECCABLE CUISINE. read more

My take on 5GBF is slightly different from Derek's. Nothing on In N Out's menu (secret or not) comes close to that of 5 Guys. The burgers and fries here are 100 times better. They are the way you would make them at home after years of practice. In N Out is good, but you can easily tell it is fast food. Not the case at 5GBF. Note: each time you eat here you're most likely taking a year off your life, but you will be happy until that heart attack comes, so enjoy it. read more

I have always enjoyed five guys for a good burger and a great atmosphere. I broke my ankle recently and I came in. I am well aware that they call your ticket number when your food is ready but instead this time the amazing staff remember me and my friends ticket numbers and brought our food to us. I am so thankful for the helpful customer service and kind young men working. read more

Five Guys totally buys into their own hype and then doesn't live up to it. Everywhere you look - the walls, the take out menu, the cups - you are bombarded with quotes about how wonderful this place is and how many awards they've won. The menu has a choice of 4 burgers (plain, bacon, cheese, bacon & cheese) in two sizes - reg. (2 patties) and Little (1 patty). There are also 4 hot dogs (same options), grilled cheese, veggie(?) and two sizes of Fries (regular or Cajun). Then there is a laundry list of toppings that can be added at no additional charge. Regardless of what you choose and whether you're dining in or getting food to go, food is presented stuffed in a plain brown bag. The burger was OK, but it was just a burger. I could have gotten one just as good down the block at Wendy's for a fraction of the price. The fries (I went with Cajun) would have been good if they weren't soggy. A small order of fries is more than plenty for one person and could easily feed two or possibly three. Bottom line: I may give the fries another chance if someone else has their heart set on going there and I'm tagging along; however, if it's entirely my decision, I likely won't go back. read more

I really like this 5 guys, because it's so much cheaper than the one in Birmingham. The food comes out quick and fresh. The facility is nice and clean. It's a great place for lunch or dinner! If you're looking for a good, cheap burger place I'd recommend this place. Their Cajun fries are good too. read more

What can I say, except F ABULOUS? I love that the menu is simple (Hamburger or hot dog?) and the toppings are plenty. There are two kinds of fries and two people can easily share a regular order. Peanuts in the shell are available to snack on while you wait for your food. The regular hamburger is plenty big enough, but on a few occasions I have gotten the big burger with cheese and bacon, but it really is too much burger for me. But every bite is awesome. The hot dogs are delicious, as well, if you can pull your eyes and nose from the burgers....probably, even some of the best in Huntsville. read more

I have been twice now. The first time amazing burger, so surprised that an order of fries is enough for 2 people. But still I prefer In'N 'Out, but that is not an option here. The second time I went, the burger was so sloppy, is dissolved the bun, and it all mushed through my fingers, so was not as enjoyable, I didn't realize that 2 burgers comes as standard and you have to ask for a single burger on the bun, and I will get them to hold all the sautéed mushrooms etc. But a great place for a burger, very expensive, burger, fries and drink for $11, but OK for a treat once-in-a while. read more

Yep this is a franchise burger place but to those who have never tried it, you should. The fries are fresh cut and very tasty and large in portion. The burgers are built to order ( my favorite is Grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, hot peppers, Swiss with A-1 and hot sauce ) with fries and a drink you will come out over $10.00 but it is far better than the average fast food restaurants burgers. More like you would make at home. They put your fries in a cup and after they place your burger and fries in the bag they just go ahead and dump more fries in the bag on top of everything which is pretty cool. I would advise anyone to give them a try! read more

Well I really only go here for the fries. The burgers are well just a burger, nothing special. I can make better burgers myself and only came here for convenience. Red Robin is better for the money. read more

If this is the "best burger in Huntsville " all of the other restaurants in Huntsville must truly suck. The prices are out of sight high. $2 for a small drink. The fries are dry. Burgers are bland. read more

Just like all the five guys I've been to, missing the meat. I got the cheese burger, barely had any meat in it, they should charge this to a veggie burger, there's more toppings than meat read more

Didn't bring our food out for curbside after calling. Also, told them 3 times to put ketchup in our order and there's wasn't a single ketchup. Get your game together and speak coherent. Not coming back. read more

Today felt like a burgers and fries day. This franchise is rumoured to open in one of our town centers. The employees were very inviting portions are huge. I ordered a bacon cheese burger and went large on everything. Cajun fries were pretty good and portion size were huge. Barely could finish the fries this place beats out mcdonalds burger king etc. but compared to whataburger and in and out its an even tie. read more

The fries is what keeps me going, burgers are always served well and I usually get an loaded hotdog. I do wish it had more of an actual " on the grill " taste as other Five guys do but it's always good read more

A very good burger and great fries. One word of caution Five Guys dont let your cooks get into the habit of Pre cooking food like they did today our burgers were ready in less than three minutes no way did you start our order after we ordered it. If I get a burger that fast I start to wonder how long has it been settIng around. If you start to allow that I will not be back there is a Red Robin in the same parking lot. Ours was good today but watch yourselves read more

Loved this place from the start I have never received bad food. Get the little burger unless you are very hungry. The buns are always soft and the bacon crispy. The fries arent greasy and the meat patties are fresh not frozen. You can choose from lots of toppings. Totally worth the extra money. read more

Favorite place to grap a burger at a sit down resturant. They beets Red Robin besides the onion rings, which Five Guys do not offer, and less burger options, however Five Guys Burger are really good, they use 80/20 ground chuck which it the best for burgers. It isn't a in&out place (isn't fast food). Great for families. Manager and crew are friendly. You can get a burger big or small, and a fry is large enough for two. Coke products and tea to drink lemon on the side if you like lemon in you tea. The food is so good I never notice if they have a TV..I think they do and if so it must be on mute. They also have great reveiws from many news and food magazine publishers. read more

Burger and fries were good. Completely grossed out by your boxes of peanuts placed on top of the trash cans.... read more

Five Guys - Hey Five guys... Putting your peanuts on top of the trash cans is pretty nasty. Yuck! - Hot Dogs Near Me - Huntsville, Alabama

Nothing to write home about with these mediocre, average sized burgers. They are patted out fresh, but no seasoning whatsoever. Same goes for the fries. You have to disassemble your burger and add your own salt or pepper from the cafeteria packets at the soda bar. The buns are served cold, not toasted, steamed or warmed in any way. I guess great marketing and a cute red checkerboard theme sustains customers for this pricey burger chain. Count me out. You'll find me at Wendy's. read more

Love the cheeseburgers love the hot dogs love the french fries this place is 5 * definitely everything is fresh and hot

Hamburger were thin and dried out. While I was in the restroom, one of the cooks walked out without washing his hands
