I've only used Crown Limo as transportation during a wedding, so my experience is based on that…read moreservice alone. Do not use Crown Limo. I was incredibly disappointed in the quality of both the limo and the service we received. We booked a 6 passenger limo for 2 hours to take us from our ceremony, to some photo locations, then on to the reception. Positives: the driver was on time and ready to take us. Negatives: the limo itself was not up to par. In some places it was dirty (a few of the passenger windows looked like they'd been vomited on then wiped clean with a dry towel), and even where it wasn't dirty the limo just looked like it hadn't been washed and waxed in months. It was very disappointing (and even a guest told me a few days after the wedding that they thought it was impressive how bad they could make their limos look due to lack of care). The interior was okay and relatively clean (there were a few things left over from the previous users of the limo). It was a hot day so it would have been nice if the driver had offered us water or something. The AC and air flow in the limo was terrible -- it had I believe 2 little spouts (like you'd see on an airplane) shooting out a low flow of barely cooled air. As I said... it was hot, and we were in wedding attire. The driver wasn't rude or anything, but he was a little tough to get on the same page as us, and I am not sure he ever understood our comment on the AC. All said, the quality isn't there for Crown Limo. I honestly wish I had just not booked a limo; all the pizazz you are paying for was absolutely missing.

Although you have to…read morebook a 2 hour minimum for a wedding, it was worth it to have the hassle-free, courteous and relaxing limousine ride from the Westin Hotel to the wedding venue, which was the MV Skansonia on north Lake Union. Other services we looked at required a 4 HOUR minimum for a wedding. The service my daughter booked for a towncar to their hotel after the wedding was horrible with misleading business practices. We wish we'd used Bayview for that trip as well! We were worried about downtown traffic for this Friday evening wedding; we wanted to be a the venue by 5:30 to start photography, so just to be safe we booked the car for 4:45. Miraculously, our little family of 5 was all ready to go a bit early, so we wandered downstairs about 10 minutes before pickup time, and the limousine was just pulling up when we got outside. We got going right on time. Traffic was not as bad as expected, and we ended up getting there very early, about 5:05. Our driver urged us to stay relaxed in the comfort of the air conditioned stretch limo, with music, bottled water on ice, and plenty of room. Side note: I booked the "10 passenger" for the 5 of us, and I'm glad I did! Plenty of room for fluffy dresses and to stretch out our legs in the roomy limo. I think we would have felt cramped in the 6 passenger. Our driver was courteous and kind, and we didn't feel pressured at all to hurry out. He made us feel like celebrities! Our photographer was stuck in traffic and didn't get there until 5:40, but we stayed comfortable and relaxed. We were able to get some great pictures of the bride getting out of her sweet ride. The initial phone call to book was informative, polite and prompt. We did request a white limo if it was available, but we were informed that there's only one in the fleet, and they couldn't guarantee it, which we were fine with. We did end up with a black limo, but that was fine; it was a beautiful car. I highly recommend this company if you're looking for a lovely stretch limousine for a wedding or special occasion!
