There aren't enough words to describe how pleased I am with SkipNServe. Like many others who have…read moreleft reviews before me, I was having major trouble serving two defendants who were dodging service and refusing to open the door. The previous process serving company I used had already made four unsuccessful attempts. However, through an ingenious method I've never seen used before, Chris was able to quickly and smoothly complete the service on his very first attempt. He then promptly sent over the completed proofs of service along with video confirmation. I was also incredibly happy with Chris's rates. If this is your first time suing someone, you might initially feel like a professional process server charges a lot for what seems like simply handing over papers, but trust me, his fees are more than reasonable. Unlike most other servers who either charge per attempt or cap their attempts per fee, Chris guarantees unlimited attempts and, if needed, unlimited stakeout time. This virtually ensures a successful delivery unless the person decides to never leave their house again. Knowing Chris offers unlimited attempts gave me total peace of mind that I wasn't going to continuously burn money on failed tries, and I can't recommend him enough if you're dealing with an evasive defendant. Finally, Chris is just an all-around friendly and genuine person. I thoroughly enjoyed our conversations; he spent a considerable amount of time answering my questions about his methods and even shared some incredibly helpful tips for the next steps in my case. Chris already has hundreds of 5-star reviews and certainly doesn't need mine to prove his competency, but he absolutely earned it.

I talked to several process servers and explained all our struggles and difficulties. I asked each of them how they would handle the situation if our defendant proved impossible to serve after trying. Chris's answer to that question was a confident laugh and, "I will have him served." That's why I went with him, and I am very happy I trusted my gut. Chris was able to take the limited clues and information we provided, track him down, and complete substituted service when personal service was not realistically possible. What impressed us most was not just that Chris got the defendant served, but what happened afterward. Close to the hearing, the defendant filed a Motion to Quash Service and also sent us a separate packet challenging the service that had not even been properly filed with the court. It was stressful and confusing, but Chris immediately stepped in, provided detailed records, explained the applicable small claims service rules, and helped us understand exactly how to respond. Chris was patient, responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He did not just serve the papers and disappear -- he stood behind his work and helped us deal with the defendant's attempt to challenge service. The judge ultimately denied the defendant's Motion to Quash and found the service to be valid and sufficient. Serving the defendant was the biggest hurdle in our case, and I am so happy Chris helped us get over it. Now that we've won the judgment, Chris is even guiding us on how to claim the service fee, as it's allowed to be recovered by law. We truly appreciate Chris' professionalism, fast response time, attention to detail, and endless patience in explaining the process when we were panicking. If you are dealing with an evasive defendant, a difficult service issue, or someone trying to avoid being served, I highly recommend Chris and SkipNServe.

I used Hope's services to sue a former client of ours who filed a fraudulent chargeback…read more To her credit, Hope served her personally and served her very quickly, but it took her a very long time to get the paperwork for the proof of service back to us. I suppose that, in the end, there was still plenty of time before the court date, but I hated having that feeling of an incomplete task. I'd still recommend her services though

I dont really write bad reviews but my experience with Hope was very bad…read more I contacted her by email due to a recommendation from another process server, she answered 20 minutes later, she was very straight forward and gave a fair price. I was ready to give my business to her and even asked to do another notary job. The next day I emailed her the documents in the morning and did not hear back, I was concerned because I had just a week to serve and file the proof of service, so at the end of the day I called, she was very rude on the phone, asked if I had sent the files, I told her I did, but would send again just in case and asked her to call/email or text if she received or not. Did not hear from her till next day so I called again and she said that she received and would take a look. Because I had such a short time, ended up contacting other Process Server that did an AMAZING job for a better price. At the end, I appreciate that Hope ignored my business.

I am submitting this review to provide a factual record based entirely on documented communication. I first contacted Process2Serve on February 28, 2026. Communication was initially responsive, but that changed once payment was requested. On March 6 at 12:27 p.m., I called during business hours and left a voicemail with no return call. At 4:54 p.m., just before closing, I received an email stating service would occur Monday and that payment was required, despite no response to my voicemail. I paid the invoice expecting to speak with someone before service. At 10:49 p.m., I received a payment confirmation with no contact. On March 7, I emailed twice to correct information. Both messages went unanswered. I also called during posted Saturday hours with no response. Every contact method listed on the company's website was used. On March 8, I sent a written instruction not to proceed with service until we had spoken. This also received no response. By this point, multiple attempts to reach Process2Serve had gone unacknowledged. On March 9, I sent a final cancellation notice documenting the pattern of unresponsiveness. Only then did Process2Serve reply, after all cancellation attempts had already been sent. The response blamed me for contacting during closed hours and stated they had been out of town. They acknowledged receiving my cancellation but still retained a $10 fee, despite no service being performed. Because communication had broken down entirely, I hired another process server, and the documents were served properly without issue. My review is based solely on the documented timeline. No service was performed, multiple attempts to correct information were ignored, and cancellation instructions were not acknowledged until after repeated follow-ups. Retaining any fee under these circumstances is concerning and unprofessional. Please also see a review posted by EM E. May 13, 2026, which displays the same behaviors.

Caroline was so kind in answering my questions and volunteered to check if I had the correct address this time registered with the Secretary of State which I did. For an extra fee she will file the SC-104 Proof of Service, or you can do so yourself. We filed a lawsuit against three defendants on January 30, 2026 and despite using a private investigative firm, nothing happened. No progress. No urgency. Eventually, I got tired of waiting and picked up the phone. Calling Reliable Attorney Service changed everything. They handled the job for roughly one-third the cost, and from the first conversation it was obvious I was dealing with consummate professionals. You don't need to know every procedural detail going in--they are patient, knowledgeable, and take the time to help you understand what's required based on your actual legal needs. What really stood out is that they are local, reachable, and accountable. Every other service I contacted was just a faceless 1-800 number routed to another state. Reliable Attorney Service was responsive, clear, and proactive. Special thanks to Caroline, who personally followed up, helped me understand the full scope of my needs, and delivered exactly what was promised. That level of follow-through is rare and genuinely appreciated. If you need legal process handled correctly, efficiently, and without babysitting, this is the firm to call. All the best.
