She hired my company to do work- she didn't even know we were a marketing company. She was confused, taking hour of time not understanding anything or how it works. Demanding, and asking for work to be done outside of her contract. Decides she doesn't like the work being done, even though it was much more than her contract. Decided to disputes, the entire charges with her bank after work has already been completed for phase one and two. Per the contract - she still owes us $3000. Work had been done from Feb- May. Contractors had been hired and paid. She stole over $3000. The bank told us this is fraud and to contact the police. She first disputed half the charge then didn't like that. I left her a phone message, so decided to be fraudulent and dispute the other half of the charges. This woman is dangerous and unstable. It took almost 3 months for her to even start the project. She was incredibly slow even getting us paid. We waited for months to even get a first payment from her. She clearly doesn't have the money to pay for these services and want something for nothing. I would not trust this person with anything including your animals, extremely unstable if she doesn't get her way..... an gets offended easily. A very bad combination. I have all the proof of all work done. Emails and text messages. Including her decision to just stop answering us and her difficult assistant telling us not to use their email anymore that we've been talking to them on for months . Never got a returned call from you since May 6th but you felt the need to respond publicly after I disputed my charges with my bank for lack of service. I never knew who you were because I initially spoke to Kyle, your husband, who was referred to me to help with my website, not marketing. Seems like failed communication between you two and not me. Kyle and I spoke several times, without you on the phone and I was introduced to you via text, stating you were his helper, not his "marketing team". I never sought out marketing needs per the contract we signed on February 12, 2024. Since the signing of our contract, your company L2 Digital, demanded another deposit to continue work in March/ April but still had nothing fixed on our website. We patiently waited 3 months and still had no progress, continued to receive calls and emails from clients complaining of inability to use our website properly, which were all forwarded to your company. In mid April, your husband Kyle stated that you both were away on vacation and that work was not done yet. On May 6th, you hung up on me after I stated who I was and then sent me a text message stating your phone was having issues and would call me back. I sent you and your husband, Kyle, another message asking for a call back. Again no response. Sent you another long text on May 13th stating how it has been weeks of no one responding and our website was still non-functional with appointment bookings. We had also forwarded emails from clients stating how they were unable to book appointments or purchase products from our online store. We signed an agreement on February 12th, paid 2 deposits that were over $1k each and had 3 months of no improvements on the website, appointment bookings or online store. My staff, clients and new developer are witnesses to your unprofessionalism. You find it necessary to defame my practice and my abilities as a veterinarian because you are retaliating that I disputed your fees and won. Now you have attacked my business and person by claiming false statements, insulting my practice of medicine and my standards of how I expect business relationships to be conducted. We signed a contract which you failed to uphold, simple. Now you are taking time to defame, attack and falsely accuse me, my practice and professionalism, after months of trying to get my website corrected, functional and available for clients to seek medical care for their animals. I wish you would have been more professional from the beginning and not pursue such a childish manner to conduct yourself. My legal team will be in touch for defaming our practice.
