I turned to EchoTech Group with a "Steve Jobs"-like requirement. I needed to reinvent my site, my brand. I didn't know what I wanted it to look like. I knew that when I saw "the one," I'd know it. These guys blew it out of the water. Not only did they deliver an amazing design and brand strategy for me, but it was fully SEO-optimized. When I went in to see the technical bits under the hood, I was once-again impressed. The WordPress work and craftsmanship was of the highest standard and quality. I've been reviewing other people's code for a long time and I know where to look for shortcuts. I found nothing. No shortcuts. No quick-and-dirty code or temporary band-aids. When I received the site, it was pretty much ready for launch. I've worked with a lot of different agencies in my career. These guys are at the top of my list.

This went on for about a month. I spent thousands of dollars on an IT company to investigate and learned that Sunlight Media created a whole new email server for me, same email address, at GoDaddy. So, all of my emails were diverted to GoDaddy (I use business Gmail). Rather than fix the contact form on my website, they created a whole new email for me on a new server at GoDaddy. Also, when the IT company was on the back server of my site trying to investigate this, they learned that my Google Crawl (which tracks SEO) was turned off and it was turned off around the time Sunlight Media LLC built my website (the date of the change showed). Not once has Angelo accepted responsibility. Rather, he says things like his colossal mistake was within "the scope of our agreement." As if, diverting my emails to a whole new email server at GoDaddy was within the scope of our agreement when I asked him to fix the contact form on my website. Sunlight Media should reflect on their lack of professionalism and the lack of personalized attention they provide to projects. They have no care for the outcome or attention to detail. Beware. Totally unprofessional.

Worse, I felt that my old website's failings were probably costing me business (and this feeling was supported by unacceptably high bounce rates and drop off rates as reported by my Analytics tracking!) So, after years of struggling to manage my company website by myself, I decided that it was time for a serious upgrade. It was time to hire a web pro! Charles Creative was my first choice. Having worked with Jeff before, I knew that he was a talented web development professional. His skill set combines an in-depth working knowledge of the Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP (LAMP) development stack with a keen eye for design and function. He completed the project on time and on budget, and met all of my ever-changing requirements. Jeff's responsiveness and communication throughout the project was incredible, and his experience as an entrepreneur, marketer, and business consultant made him invaluable. If you're looking for a high-end, professional website, give him a call!
