I normally do medium and should have stuck with it ... but this one was WELL done slightly burnt. The meat was not ground well and hard to chew. I should have just ordered fries! Portions for the sampler are huge and filled us all up with a little extra left over. The BBQ was really good, just what we were wanting. Not upset about it, it's just not what I ordered. So I told one of the workers about it, and he was super nice about it. He went into the back and got me a new sandwich, but also let me keep the other one for free! Also the fries were good, the lemonade was good, and the milkshake was very good. I definitely reccomend.
