She uses a finer/soft lash which aren't plasticky or shiny looking & people have commented how natural my lashes look. My brows grow in more of a straight line & are not full so it was impossible to have any type of arch to them without being too thin. She was able to create a natural shape & I love them! The ink faded (it is supposed to) into the perfect color and you can't even tell where I naturally grow hair and where she applied the brush strokes. Besides the fact that she does a great job she has always been flexible when I've had to move my appointment times and very friendly :)
