They have ample parking and the store, while fairly small, is light, airy and clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a good team spirit, and this shows in everything they do. You are always greeted with a smile and their sense of humor sometimes is reflected by the sign outside (sometimes boring and business-like, for instance "All of our notaries have the required 2016 stamp" to some tongue in cheek humorous and timely comment - always worth a glance as you drive by :) ) Their efficiency is reflected in the fact that I am always in and out very quickly because they guide me, pull up shipping addresses I have used before etc and everything just flows smoothly. Every now and again you need a Notary Public - this is the place to go! I get the impression that all the staff there are certified and it is always a breeze. Just last week when there for this purpose I took my puppy Ricky Martin in with me and learnt that they are all puppy lovers - he was swarmed with affection. As it was only a 2 hour move, all of our furniture and possessions were put in Pods, and stored until the final move. As our closing date approached, I did quite a bit of research, and came upon John and his team at Knick Knack Movers. All of my questions were answered quickly, and the communication was great! On the move day, they were scheduled to have 3 people to empty our 2 large Pods. They arrived 10 minutes early, which never happens, and they had a 4th person to assist. One for which we were not charged. They were quick, careful, and every single person worked hard. It became apparent that they would finish prior to the 3 hour minimum. I mentioned to John, who came himself to supervise, that there was 1 item going to my daughters home 20 minutes away, and I had several items we had stored at her home that we needed to move as well. We hadn't contracted them for a truck, or the 2nd location, but John quickly figured out a price to add the extra to our move. The price was great, and they saved me renting a truck or trailer and doing it myself next weekend. As I said at the beginning... 11 states and 13 or 14 moves. This is our last. In all of those moves, this was by far the least eventful... WHICH IS AWESOME! In a move you want stress free and nothing unexpected to pop up. John and his team at Knick Knack Movers are top notch and I will recommend them to absolutely anyone who needs movers. Great prices and an amazingly professional crew. Why even talk to anyone else!

Let's start with the stolen property from MBS by the employees of the storage facility. We had a…read moremotorcycle in storage that my husband had restored. The STAFF of MBS moved it into a smaller unit for us. The seat, the battery box and the plugs were all missing when we picked up the bike, and they were definitely there and the bike was intact when we put in the initial unit and the last time we saw it. In essence they stripped the bike before we could get it out of there. The ONLY people that touched that bike were the staff members of MBS....... So, if you're reading this you can connect the dots from A to B, who actually stole from us. We have a very good idea who it was but we have no proof and they do not intend to ever provide security footage or an answer as to who took our property.....what security footage??...they don't know a thing about it...hmmmm They are the absolute worst people I have ever dealt with. That person is filthy, disgusting and downright evil. We were not only the targets of theft, we were harassed and belittled on multiple occasions by the person/persons we suspect. This was not the only incident with them, but this one crossed the line into actual stealing property. It's been reported, but that's the best we could do without the proof. I won't name them, but rest assured they aren't going anywhere. The only consolation of this utterly disgusting experience is that karma will eventually catch up to them. Their business license was suspended by the state of Texas for not paying their business taxes .....which is public information .....but they sure have the money to expand their business. It says a lot of about those people at MBS. The word "best" in their name is completely false advertising. Unless, you're talking about the best at taking people for a ride and putting their greedy hands on other people's things because it's something they think they want, then yes, they are obviously the best at that. Pathetic. I advise anyone reading this find a LEGITIMATE storage facility, and check them out first!!!!! I won't discourage anyone to try them, just be aware you might be the next person to get a target on your back at MBS. They will have to find someone else now that we are out of there. Good luck. I had pictures and measurements. She never said thank you for your business or have a good day. Never again. I will be contacting the owner to fix the ceiling of my car.
