The place is spotless and new. Front desk personal were helpful, gave me the tour and quoted me a monthly price. As I'm about to sign, they tell me that my first payment is due now and its about 3 times the monthly price. SCREECH to a halt. Pro-rated rest of this month, second month, service fee. What about the free-month? That's the third month. What? Where does it say that? Nowhere exactly, but that's included deep in the "some restrictions may apply" language around page 17 on the the little credit card pad. I say, "Never Mind". They say, "What?" Yup, cancel it. Call it off. They offer to give me second month free. I repeat, they offer it. I agree, so now we're down to pro-rated one month and next month free, plus service fee. I put my stuff on a cart, take it up the elevator, load. Low and behold, I get an e-mail survey and respond that I think their "one month free" deal is deceptive. I get a personal call from a director level person who advises me that I'm not welcome. After my "free month", come get your stuff. I call to come get my stuff and they inform me that access by drive-in is limited to certain hours on Saturday and that elevator is not useable. (This is a brand new facility) They don't actually say this, they say something like, "Foot Traffic Only", which I asked them to clarify. So, I said, I have to bring my snowblower down three flights of stairs? They got mad when I said I'd put it on one of their carts and push it down the three flights unattended. It will be much easier to roll the tires down. I hung up on them. Going to get my stuff a week early. I can safely say that their biggest selling point is "We won't raise your prices every 3 months like Public Storage". PS: I wonder how many patrons fell down on their super slick drive-in coating. Maybe that's what they're repairing. I don't know.

This increase is outrageous. It is unfortunate that owners of storage businesses now seem to top the list of the most unscrupulous business owners in existence. They take advantage of people simply because they can. They will get their comeuppance for their greedy behavior, because there is a God who sees what they are doing. In the meantime, I will strive to have my things removed as soon as possible, and I will never use their facility again nor will I recommend them to anyone.

While Shenika at the front desk tried to be accomodating, she clearly needs some experience in customer service. I know from experience that it's hard to juggle multiple demanding people at one time, however, being the only person in the office of a certain ethnicity, it was rather obvious that my business wasn't as important as the dead-beat who kept arguiing his way into his space that he hadn't paid for in months, the lady who continually had 'one more question' - and anyone else who walked in off of the street, etc. I waited patiently for over an hour (AN HOUR!) - only to find that the original quote for the space I'd selected wasn't the amount i was told. I walked out. CubeSmart might consider adjusting their business practices to tell people UP FRONT of all their additional fees & taxes before wasting an HOUR of someones time, only to find out that a $119.00/Month space is really a $130.00/month space. This model just sucks. I'd look elsewhere before going here. I'll stick with Public Storage, for now.

We found this place online and were not disappointed. The service at the front counter was exceptional! Nicole was a rockstar and not only set us up with the best deal with utmost trust and confidence in this place, but she hooked me up with local coffee, shared with me some of the awesome things that I should check out in my new hometown, and had a great sense of humor. I needed all of that!! The storage unit is amazing and very secure and clean! The accessibility hours are wonderful and easy access for after office hours. When we returned a few days later to put more boxes in the unit, the employee was equally as fantastic and chill, and I remain impressed. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

I had such an amazing experience with Lee's Moving, that they have earned a customer for life in…read moreme! Though, I hope I won't be moving again anytime soon (sorry not sorry)! I sought out Lee's upon the recommendation of my realtor after having a meh experience with another moving company a couple of months ago. I had to move twice in two months - once out of the house I sold in June, and into a storage unit; and once out of the storage unit and into the new house I bought in August. I've had enough packing and moving and unpacking for at least 10 years! But anyway. I talked to someone (I can't recall his name) at Lee's sometime in July about my move in June - what went wrong, how we could avoid any of those issues again, etc. He was incredibly helpful. The main issue I had with the other moving company was that they filled their truck but didn't empty my house, so I was left with doing a good amount of moving on my own. The gentleman at Lee's suggested we book a second box truck, just to make sure we get everything in one trip. He said it sounded like Lee's biggest truck would be bigger than my other moving company's truck, and he said it would most likely fit everything in my storage unit, but he said for some peace of mind, it's only another $100 for a second truck, and if anything, it could make loading and unloading faster. So, the quote I got from him was $1200, four movers, 7-8 hours. This was actually about the same I ended up paying for my first meh move, but already this was sounding like a better and more prepared job. So I booked them. Moving day comes, and they only showed up about 15 minutes late. I was just starting to get worried when they pulled into the storage unit. I lead them up to our unit, which was very big, and had roll-up doors on both sides of the unit. I think they parked a truck on each side, and unloaded from both sides of the unit. I sat there while they unloaded my storage unit and I think it only took about an hour or hour and a half!! It went very fast with 4 guys and a properly sized truck! (And an extra truck!) The four guys (their names escape me, so sorry) were very nice, and brought items over to my car that they felt would be safer for me to transport (small things like record players, lamps, etc). I had to leave shortly before they were finished to pick up my daughter and my niece, but they said they would lock up my storage unit for me and bring me the key when they met me at the new house. (There were some items they were not permitted to transport, like the propane tanks and lawnmower, so we were going to have to come back with my pickup for those anyway.) So a little while later they pulled up to my new house, which (thankfully, for me, and for them!) has a HUGE barn. I asked them to unload furniture into the house, and boxes, stacked by room, into the barn. I think this might have made things much faster for them. They had no problem getting things into my house - in fact there were a few scary moments where I didn't think they'd get my king size mattress up the stairs, but they did it!! The only casualties from my move were a couple of dings in my refrigerator door, but I can't tell for sure how or when they got there - I can only say that Lee's got the refrigerator into my house with no problem, while the 'other' moving company got it out of my house with much struggle and cursing. So if I had to bet, I wouldn't say it happened during the Lee's move. When all was said and done, they finished at the 5 hour mark - 2-3 hours earlier than anticipated. I was ecstatic. I couldn't have asked for the move to go any better. The guys were also nice to the kids, which I always appreciate as a mother. I tipped them very well, since they came in under budget. I am so happy with my experience with Lee's, and won't hesitate in recommending them to anyone else I know that needs a mover!!

For MANY years I have gone here and sent packages to my family all over the country. For all these…read moreyears I would have always given them a 5 Star Plus Rating (if that were possible). They have always been most helpful, and knowledgeable. I recently retired a little under a year ago under complicated circumstances. My house was involved in a fire that started in the twin house that is attached to mine. The fire extended to my roof and also to the one room that was next to the room on the neighbor's side where the fire started, and I had smoke damage. Consequently, I had to retire to find the time to pack up all my possessions for storage while I was moved to temporary housing during the renovation. I retired from a Federal government job at the time DOGE was massively cutting staff and services throughout my agency and also at the Social Security Administration. Many employees were forced out at the same time as me, and HR Staff and Social Security Staff all lost many employees. This combination of more leaving federal employment at a time that the staff needed to process the retirements was smaller than it had been in decades. The backlog got so bad that they are still processing our retirements. During this time, I started having to copy, print and fax a lot of documents for retirement and social security applications, and also for my insurance claim with permits, renovations, and temp housing. Consequently, I became a nuisance customer for the small, yet time consuming jobs of copying, printing, and faxing. However, I never felt like I had become a nuisance before yesterday. I have been returned to my home following a restoration that was at best partially done. My house was not inhabitable when I was quickly moved back after my insurance company said they weren't paying any longer for my temporary housing. There is MUCH unfinished work here and much that has been destroyed or gone missing with most of my possessions still stored in their storage facility that I have no idea of where it is. The Fire Restoration Company is not replying to me and neither is my adjuster. The insurance company says they paid the claim in full (but I never inspected or authorized the payment which was VERY HUGH!!!) Only a small fraction of the original work order was ever done. So the insurance company says my issue is with my adjuster who obtained payment under false pretenses and passed it directly along to the Restoration contractors without notifying me. Twp and other legal authorities say I am a victim of fraud and senior abuse (I am 75 years old.) They say this kind of scam, is unfortunately, now common. I was told to get help from elected representatives, anyway, I was there to make copies of the insurance company's detailed, lengthy proposal that specified what work was to be done so it could be compared against what was actually done and not done and done wrong etc. I never intended to be a burden. I would have waited as I normally do for the attendant to make the copies while I was in the store, but I thought I was taking pressure off of him to tell him I'd run another errand and them come back for them in an hour or so. Had they not been done when I came back, I would have either waited or come back according to what the attendant would have preferred. I am going through a crisis and I am elderly and it seemed the friendly and helpful attendant was being told by this other guy "Don't be so nice." This disappointing and somewhat shocking response threw me off balance because it was so out of character from the great service this store has offered for many, many years, but the worst part of it was there was a nasty woman across the street who lived in a first floor apartment there. Since there was no where to park on the street when I returned and I am handicapped. I use a walker when I have to do any walking. This walker is kept in the passenger seat of my car, next to me, but I use a cane for a short and quick walk. I attempted to park in this apartment parking lot directly across the street from the UPS store. I was only picking up done completed work & there were NO OTHER CARS in this parking lot that had eight parking spaces. This tenant came outside at 3:00 p.m. in a leopard nightgown and kept screaming at me, that "I was not allowed to park there. It was for tenants only." I explained to her, I would only be a minute to pick up completed copies, and I was handicapped and 75 years old, and I pointed out there were no spaces on the street. She said if I could drive, then I wasn't handicapped, and she was going to call the police & she took a picture (on her phone) of my handicap license plate. I ended up parking on the very end corner of the street where my car could've been clipped by someone turning on that corner. SADLY, THIS IS NOT A NICE PLACE ANYMORE.
