Good spot if you don't know about hookah. Service is below average as the waiters don't do much. Wouldn't recommend at all.

They charge a ridiculous covid fee on top of a mandatory gratuity. The margarita didn't taste like a margarita at all and was disgusting. The hookah was pricey because they use the freezable ice hose which gives a smoother pull. The hookah was cool but that's about it. The base in the speakers was terrible and gave me a headache instantly. I probably lost some hearing at how disgustingly loud the music was for such a small space. They keep your I.D and when I asked why, the security stated that that's their policy. That's not a good enough answer!!!!!!! My I.D. went from the security guard, to the guy who sat me at the table, to behind the bar, and was giving to me by a girl behind the bar after I paid my bill. With Covid going around, that's too many hands touching my I.D, not to mention the safety issue of all these people in possession of my drivers license. Identity fraud happens everyday with something as simple as somebody having sensitive information like your name, address, date of birth, and drivers license number. This place is ghetto and a complete rip off!!!!!!! Complete trash!! Save your money!!!!!!

It eventually picked up and was better for the remainder of the night. We tried multiple apps all were pretty good amongst the group except the Ackee and Salt fish roll. Everyone said their entrees were good no complaints. It turns into a party around 9 ish and the lights will turn off so be aware of that if you're going for dinner. The dj was pretty good. I liked that he played a mix of songs and genres, so a little something for everyone in the crowd. It also got really packed towards the night party around 10 pm or so.

The food came out pretty quickly I had the oxtail rice and peas and veggies. It was actually pretty good especially after I topped mines with some hot sauce. For appetizers I order the lobster tacos it came with pineapples which I don't like on my food so I didn't end up eating that but without the pineapples i believe they would have tasted really good. I ended up switching with my boyfriend and ate his shrimp 10/10 very god and cooked very good. The spice was also on point. I would come back again for the vibes it was a cool spot overall. Oh our waiter was really good as well she was very attentive and friendly.

However, I greatly struggled to meet the two item per person requirement as their drinks are all alcohol-forward with little coverage of other palettes; the food is more interesting, but also significantly limited compared to the menu online. That said, the staff exceeded expectations in quality of service and I commend that aspect. (Beef Sliders: D) - Love the wasabi ketchup, but the rest of the dish reminds me of the unpleasantness of school cafeteria burgers. (Passion and Heat: D) - I was expecting a sweet and slightly spicy palette for this drink, but found this to be acidic-forward, but not from notes of citrus, which was not pleasant. (Pineapple Vodka: D) - This drink tastes like if you mixed a small amount of pineapple juice without added sugar into a lot of vodka. It's mildly pineapple, and mostly vodka-forward, and would've benefitted from sugar. Food: -1 Presentation: E Price: E Atmosphere: +1 Service: +1 Menu: -1 Insta/Yelp/Beli/TikTok: @amei_eats

Great Lebanese restaurant with middle eastern/Lebanese/Palestinian/Egyptian staples…read more This spot has shawarma, kebabs, hummus, tabouleh, meat and vegetable pies, tons of fresh salads (some vegetarian, some with meat), falafel, gyro, and more. We had: The chicken kebab--huge, juicy pieces of chicken full of fragrant spice. It comes with a side of your choice--I had the grilled zucchini, which was just the right level of firm and well seasoned. The shawafel--something we've never seen before (and we eat a lot of this type of food). It's a wrap chocked full of shawarma and falafel. Crispy falafel, moist chicken, tons of spice and fresh veggies. My husband loved it. We also got their spicy hummus with jalapeño and cilantro. It was good, but wasn't as spicy or flavorful as I thought it would be. We got the fried cauliflower with tomato and garlic. It wasn't heavy or greasy and they veggies really brightened it up. Delish. We also had their bread pudding and kunafah. The bread pudding was silky and creamy inside with a mild crisp on the outside. The kunafah is a Palestinian cheese pastry in syrup, so a little sweet and a little savory. Great spot with an expensive menu. Will definitely try more from them.
