The doctor is asking for a fee for all kinds of physicians report. All insurance covers all physicians reports that need to be provided for school/sport enrollment through out the year is covered by the insurance. Even medical board of California confirms it. The staff is saying that this is the doctors own policy and when I asked to see it, she told me they are not required to show the policy. What a nonsense! Medical board of California suggested me to file a complaint and the doctor is doing something prohibited. Whoever paid fee for reports to this doctor should file a complaint. read more

There are toy rooms filled with books and other age appropriated toys for little ones. Dr. Haddad was very considerate of my family's needs in filling out the forms on a timely manner so that our kid is good for school registration. NO ANTI-VAXX ALLOWED! Does not accept patients who won't VACCINATE. Didn't know this until after we were there for our 2 kids and we had filled out all paperwork. He saw our daughter at birth and 1 week after and didn't mention that he wouldn't continue care for her if we didn't vaccinate. Considering that we did not get the Hep B vaccine at birth it would've been great to have been told ahead of time. The doctor was an amazing and very knowledgeable doctor and he knew how to treat his patients. 3 stars because I have a preemie and when it's your first child and his premature you worry and are more anxious about his health. So when it came to trying to talk to the doctor or getting some paperwork done through the front girls or the "manager" it was like hell. The front girls were very rude and nothing ever got done. Now the manager was another story. She was SOOO RUDE and aggressive and didn't know how to talk to me when I would call and had concerns. Love this place, the doctor is so sweet and very gentle with your kids. If you have any concerns with your kids he will help you and explain everything to you, and if he can't help you he'll will refer you. They won't take walk ins, however they will give you the same day appointment. Once My daughter had a fever all night and when I called the office in the morning they took me in that very morning. He has even provided me with free formula without even asking! Anytime i needed to see him right away for one of my kids, his staff always makes sure we get in even for same day consultations. Brianna is super great administering vaccines as she does it quickly so us as parents can be at ease with all the needles. I chose this doctor because of the yelp reviews. But my first impression was not that great. My son's appointment was at 10:30. We arrived about 15 minutes earlier for paperwork. We didn't get seen by the doctor until about 11:15. Not a big deal; I've waited longer before elsewhere. The doctor seemed nice. But the entire time we were in the exam room I felt super rushed. I never got to finish what I was trying to tell him and ask him. He just kept walking towards the door, gesturing he's leaving or wanting to leave - he didn't even spend 10 minutes with us. And I never got all my questions out or what I wanted to say. It was extremely frustrating. So, I posted the above review yesterday. Today, I received a phone call from the doctor's office, asking for feedback - supposedly from the doctor himself. Either way, for that, I thank you/your office for the follow-up, for your desire to improve/right a wrong, and for your customer service. I am still giving Dr.Haddad and his Staff 5 stars although they deserve more than that. My kids always wants to go to him very happily, it doesn't matter how sick they feel, when I told them let's go to doctor and they instantly feel better and worry free I say that now we will get better. He never gave extra medication. We never had problem about his diagnosis as matter of fact he as doctor more worried about kids and wants them to be healthy and happy. I don't understand how this office got such good reviews... I guess it's just not for us. I feel like as long as your opinions align with the dr's & don't question it, you'll be fine here. I was not happy with the answers I was getting... they were too vague & my concerns were brushed off too easily. The other negative reviews are all true btw; even tho you make an appt you have to wait atleast 30min-1hr when you get there, talking to the dr you feel rushed & he inches his way towards the door as you're talking, the place doesn't have a separate sick kids section so there's coughing kids playing with the same toys as the well kids, the front desk ladies are very unprofessional & if you want anything done by them good luck, etc. I have 2 complaints about my experience here. First being the lesser of the 2, when it came to vaccinations I've noticed my son getting poked more than my friends kids (same ages; all 5 months) he got 4 injections others got 2. I asked the technician if they had combined vaccines here & she said it's only for kids not on medi-cal! I said I'll pay for them & she just smirked! Seriously?! Second, the dr did not like the formula my son was on and requested that we change it so we did because he refused to write a prescription for it (Nutramigen; for WIC), after about a week of my son gagging, throwing up & refusing to eat the new one I called the office for an alternative solution & literally gave me none! My son was not eating & hungry & all the dr said was "I don't like Nutramigen, I will not write the prescription." Again. So I said to the receptionist "So I'm just supposed to let my son starve if he doesn't eat the new formula...?" She said "Uh, I don't know." Me, "So your office is basically telling me it's my problem go figure it out?" She says yea... I switched dr's immediately! The first thing the new office did was give me 12 cans of Nutramigen for free! (those suckers aren't cheap btw) because they were concerned! Put the baby's needs first & then figure out another way together if need! Isn't that your job?! I love our new dr! read more

Doctor Haddad is great and such a blessing to my son. I am giving bad review because of staffing issue. Anytime I try to call to get an opinion or to make an appointment, they put me on hold for long time or they refuse giving me an appointment. I have an autistic son right now of special needs , and they try to give me the diagnose over the phone which is to put me off ! My son right now is late for his well being check up visit , and I also need papers for his treatment from Dr Haddad but I always got rude answer from front desk receptionist saying ( it has to be filled out by specialist) I am very confused that my son isn't getting the right care that he really needs. And I am also very stressed out since my son needs treatment from ABA but they are receiving no paper work back from my sons doctor. Health net Licensed clinician recommended me to change doctors immediately. Regional center service coordinator and Head Start try to have doctor notes but they receive no fax with that at all. Dr. Haddad continues to be the best pediatrician we know of. I had the lucky honor of being the first to review and gave a five-star rating over a decade ago, but wanted to update my review. Dr. Haddad has helped my family out over the past dozen years with fevers, infected spider bites, infected eyes, childhood illnesses, etc. He is a true doctor, absolutely caring of his patients, has a wonderful and noble character and, is a true gentleman. He is also super calm, and that has helped me a lot when I've been worried about the kids when they are sick. His wonderful wife Lina is the office manager and his staff is also very friendly. we have been coming here for 5 years. the first few years were amazing because Dr Haddad is good and a specific nurse that worked there was amazing. but ever since she left a year ago things took a turn with the office staff. Besides the rudeness, lack of professionalism & messy appearance half the time, there were many situations in which I wanted to leave however my last straw was when the main office person which i believe to be his wife told me over the phone while i was trying to book an appointment, to give my son benadryl instead of being seen and see how he does and if he doesn't get better then call back next week... my son was 12 months old at the time. i told her "my son is only a year old" she said "yea he's old enough for that now" i said "no, benadryl is for children 6+" she said "hold on" *went to talk to the doctor* "yea doctor says just to do natural remedies such as x, y , z and call us immediately if he gets worse" when i hung up i could not believe the conversation i just had. can you imagine if i was an ignorant or first time or young mother who trusted her doctors and nurses and just went ahead and gave my baby something like that !! i had dealt with the office because i liked the doctor but this was not worth it anymore. we have switched offices and i filed a complaint to the board. i hope he finds new staff. read more

Dr. Hadaad is great with my kids and has good bedside manners, he listens and has a more so holistic approach to my kids ailments which i appreciate. I took two stars because the wait is always an hour after appointment was scheduled and the front desk receptionist aren't friendly or very approachable. The wait is being very hard when you have little ones with short attention spans and a life outside of doctors appointments. The staff all seem irritated and unhappy to answer questions which is off-putting for a pediatricians office.
