When the garage door closed, it made a very odd clanking and rattling noise as it slammed shut. It turns out one of the springs snapped from repetitive use and general wear and tear. Guy at Urban Garage Door was actually my first call at Urban Garage Door Repair Services. He asked some very specific questions regarding the garage door, made a quick assessment over the phone, and scheduled me for the next day early in the morning at 7:30 AM--on a Sunday. Crazy how fast he was able to make it out, and I was very appreciative of that. He arrived exactly on time, with a text message 30 minutes prior to let me know he was on his way. This is very professional and appreciated, because who doesn't want an update--especially on an early Sunday morning while you're making breakfast for the kids? He got here, was very professional, made a quick physical assessment of the situation, and gave me a finalized estimate in person.
