I was pretty disappointed. They left out the spring rolls I ordered. The eggrolls they gave me instead were mostly greese. I had a beef and broccoli main dish and the meat was very rubbery. The eal sushi roll was good, but the California rolls were both very soggy and fell apart when picking them up. I won't be going back. read more

Ok we have hesitated to eat here due to some negative comments we heard but finally craved Chinese too much and went for dinner. We were pleasantly surprised by the wide variety of choices and how good everything was! We will agree service isn't the best but the food made up for it. The choices were abundant and in a variety of forms - raw (sushi), fried, baked, and cold salads. Coming from Seattle, the salmon was OK. Tough to get fresh salmon in the midwest, but this wasn't bad. Had a good taste and wasn't dry. My husband thought the ribs were very good and like the sushi. There were several seafood dishes including scallops, clams and shrimp along with more traditional chicken options. The food trays were refilled and the area was clean. Have always like to eat here but the last three times here I had to dig out dirt plates to find a clean one, also with the bowls for soup( very dirty). I agree the service wasn't the best... got my straw well before my drink finally came, and was strongly admonished not to use my dirty plate to get a second helping. The same employee who gave me my rebuke rang me up and didn't ask how I liked the food, or thank me for my business. Still, although the selections available at iSpoon are fairly ubiquitous amongst Asian buffets, the quality here is among the tops I've ever experienced. I was very impressed with the sushi, especially the tempura and rainbow rolls. I loved the peanut chicken and Asian green beans too. Had gone for lunch today with a couple of friends it was about 12:30 food was warm but not hot vents were very dirty and not look like they have been clean for quite some time had to ask the waitress to get refills on water overall I would not recommend going to this place at this time. read more

Im very upset. I have eaten here for years. Since before they changed their name. Ive never had a complaint. I just had an order delivered and my shrimp have the after taste of bleach or strong cleaner. I called to get them replaced and the owners treated me like i was trying to scam them. Went to Ispoon with my husband for a nice meal out. Walked in wasnt greeted and was seated. We ordered drinks and we were very thirsty. I got mad got up and demanded our drinks. Finally after 20 min we got our drinks but had to basically pull teeth to get some water along with our drinka. The lazy waiter walked around woth a dirty green washcloth when he broug ht out our drinks. I always get the same thing and they had a poor amount of it available. I ended up eatting very little and wasnt happy with my experience. The waiter was so rushed and it wasnt busy. Half assed cleaned tables. They remained dirty. He angerly set down the bill next to me when it was obvious i needed a refill. I am giving this expereince a F. I like to have lunch at Ispoon and love the food. Their sushi is great. I also really enjoy their stuffed mushrooms and a dish they call seafood pie. There are many food choices and they are hot and fresh. If it wasn't for the food, I would not frequent this restaurant. I like to sit by a window but have to sit with my back to the glass dividers between some of the booths. THEY ARE DISGUSTING!!! So much filth on this glass makes me wonder how clean the kitchen is and I lose my appetite. I am writing this review hoping someone who works there reads this and cleans these dividers. I love the food but am having a hard time getting past this. read more

Terrible...I ordered two rolls for lunch instead of the buffet and that was a horrible idea since I paid 5 more than the unlimited buffet. But better yet the spicy tuna roll came out and the tuna was old like grayish and didn't have any flavor to it. I couldn't eat it and nobody came by for me to talk to them about it. When I left I told the front desk and he goes oh...like really so I paid $14 for inedible food and a iced tea, which didn't have lemon or anything in it. I wanted to go there for dinner after the movie that I had seen with my girlfriend. We pulled up to the restaurant and walked in, and the person who was there said that they where closed and only would do carry out. The sign with the hours said that they where open till 9:30 P.M, and we had gotten there at 9:03 P.M. There was plenty of time for us to have a nice meal and be on our way.
