I have my favorite but many of their technicians are highly skilled and professional. They offer a drink of your choice upon entry and there are tvs to keep you entertained. Tons of services but mg go to is the dip powder. It doesn't last as long as gel but my nails have never been so strong and gorgeous. I won't go anywhere else and it's nice to finally have found a place I can trust with cleanliness and great service.

They have 7 nail stations and 8 pedicure chairs with massage. They usually have 4 nail technicians on duty. There are a ton of colors with a large amount available in regular & gel, and some in regular, gel & powder. They will have your tried & true "go-to" in stock as well as most trends. They usually offer complimentary beverages. If they don't, it was simply an oversight...just ask! There is a 5th guy there named John that seems to have his own thing going on. I've never seen him waiting around for customers. He seems to come in for, communicate with, and work on a set schedule of regular clients. If you are one of John's clients, maybe you could write a review detailing what that is all about. I'm usually a short, square, neutral gal, but the owner is happy to embellish me when I get a wild hair for design - think festival or holiday time. Since I'm customarily boring, I always tell her I'm planning design as early as possible so she can schedule appropriately & I don't F Up the remainder of her schedule. She can do aaalllll the things, but if you wait until go-time to request some outrageousness, she may not be able to work it in. They usually get walk ins seated within 5-20 minutes. If they can't get you in , they won't lie to you and have you waiting around for an hour. I have two primary reasons for sticking with a nail salon 1. Quality work. 2. Real people. I never understood people who don't communicate what they expect or say, "whatever you think is best" & then complain when a service isn't what they "expected." Every tech at Lotus has wanted to understand what I want and has worked their best to provide. Every one of them have been uber-nice & respectful to me if I decided on a mid-service change.....they were even nice about a post-service change once, but its probably because that is an extremely rare occurrence for me and I try to be nice & respectful in-kind. Luckily for me, Lotus Nail Spa was only the second place I tried and I couldn't be happier. The owner is absolutely delightful. You can tell she really cares about her clients and their satisfaction and made me feel like I was her number one client. The atmosphere is very calming and welcoming. My technician, Loan, did a great job. She was thorough and didn't try to rush the process. I highly recommend this salon.

Although we were told there would be a 15-minute wait, I ended up sitting in the chair for an hour before my pedicure began, as the staff chose to start on my sister's service first. My sister waited about 20 minutes to start, but her experience was just as disappointing; she was left sitting for 25 minutes after her treatment before someone finally came to remove the paraffin wax. My own service was handled just as poorly. The owner started on my nails, but abandoned me mid-service because a new customer walked in and she wanted to take that client instead. I was handed off to another technician who spent the entire time making personal phone calls. To make matters worse, she began filing my nails *after* the shellac had already been applied, which left pieces of polish missing from the tips. When I explained that the service was not properly finished and I did not expect to be there this long, the owner still expected me to pay $70 for the job. My sister's experience was equally bad. She paid $75 for a pedicure performed by an untrained staff member who didn't know how to properly handle the paraffin wax or provide a massage, and the polish on her toes is already separating. Overall, the pricing is not consistent with the quality of service. From the poor cuticle and callus work to the clear priority of chasing new money over finishing existing work, it was an unprofessional experience. I will not be returning. I wish it was a better experience because the people were genuinely nice but I am paying for service after all.

I've never had an electric sanding/drummed tool used ON MY CUTICLES. All 5 of my fingers on my left hand and 2 fingers on my right hand bled during the service and are still sore after the manicure. The nails turned out beautiful, but the pain of the cuticle issue is pretty bad. They don't look nice at all with the obvious cuticle bleeding and scabbing. I'm a little worried about infection, so applying hand sanitizer multiple times a day to counteract it, but it does sting. Unfortunately, I will not be back, I can't risk this happening again. I hope the salon reads the review and makes some changes as to how they care for cuticles in the future. This is not acceptable.

I know I'm kind of late with this review but I didn't forget to do it. I was visiting my family in SA. I picked a nail salon and went to get my nails to "Sparkle" for NYE but it was more than lackluster-- it was horrific, I literally cried. So my sister took me back to make it "Sparkle" but the male nail tech who did it was so rude and asked what's wrong with my nails!?-- please look at the pictures and you tell me!! My sister took me to Her nail salon she goes to regularly, EMERALD NAILS FOR THE WIN!! It was a rainy day and I was lucky they took me in as a walk in!! There were 2 nail techs- 1 was the owner, forgot her name but possibly was Kathy. Nail tech was honest with me and advised me to keep what I have and she would make it better. She didn't just try to remove them and do them from scratch to make more money. She is so talented and reshaped my nails to the coffin style I wanted originally and let me pick a new color- the wave! My frown turned upside down :) and I couldn't stop staring at my makeover-nails!! You can see the difference in the before and after pictures - She did a great job! Her own nails that she did herself were beautiful designs!! She mentioned that they don't overbook or rush thru customers and typically go by appointments only rarely take walks ins but it was meant to be for me- they're Quality over Quantity which I prefer.
