Went back again on 6/10. This time the experience wasn't as great. She was really aggressive with the callous file during my pedicure and ended up removing skin on the side of my big toe. i just had a pedicure done less than a month ago so it wasn't like my feet were really bad. I pulled back and said ouch and she just kept going and saying "it's ok". Between the three of us it was $160. I will not be going back. If you hurt someone admit it, apologize, and we can move on. Don't ignore it. My daughter had a blast and loves her gel toes and nails and her stepmom loves her gel toes. I just wasn't impressed. read more

I loved Joseph when he was at a different salon near Costco. They have done a great job making this salon be quiet and spa like. Very modern and great location in Riverstone. Would never go back 4 of us went. Hot water only for 2. Made one of our party wait for 25 mins (we had a reservation) before working on her, still no hot water for the pedicure. And then made her wait an additional 25 mins before starting her manicure One of our party was done with their complete gel mani/pedi service before the START of the others pedi. They were super busy but squeezed me in for a gel pedicure. I wanted to treat myself before my NCLEX so I thought a pedi would be perfect. I just wanted a basic pedicure with gel. They were so rushed to get me in and out of the chair. The gel is not evenly laid and it didn't seem like they were using fresh clippers on me (ew). First impression are important. They opened a little late but the owner was very professional and they do what others do not, they hear or listen to their customers. It's not about volume but quality care. Definitely worth the trip from Spokane, WA. I will never go back. This is the SECOND time I have called ahead to verify time and make an appointment. Just as I arrived the 3 walk in customers arrived ahead of me and they filled the chairs. So incredibly bummed that I spent close to $300 at the shop for a girls day, to be so disappointed with my full set that is uneven, has bumps and grooves that are very visible. On my new pedicure you can still see the color from the previous polish. When I called to come back in I left 4 messages and never got a returned call. Finally got ahold of the owner Joe and tried to make an appointment with him, which he did not see to want to, would have rather had me go back to the gentleman that originally did my nails. That was not what I wanted. Joe finally agreeing to book an appointment with me. Went in the following day to sit there for 45 min and be ignored and not taken care of. So disappointed! read more

My first experience at ISpa. I asked for a pedicure with gel. The young lady had a bit of a time. After drying, she picked at some polish and retouched my big toes at least 2 or 3 times each. She wasn't clear on what foot up, one foot in water. As it was she ended up with both feet up and dried, one while working on the other. My feet had to be flat to be under the light. It was very uncomfortable. I only had my feet in the water a very short time. I didn't complain but I wondered $40 + tip? for an apprentice. BTW they were NOT busy. My 14 yr old granddaughter has had nails put on and polished and was very happy several times for maintenance. read more

I came from out of town and saw this business post up on my Facebook. I went in and asked for the dipped powder manicure. They asked me if I wanted to add extra length for $5 and I said sure why not, first time for everything! I found my color and was happy that it matched the final product, however it was pretty thin coats and I can see my nails underneath even after two dips. I would have asked for another, but I didn't know the protocol on how many "dips" you get. My length not the nails is pretty perfect and was happy with how much they spent on making sure both hands matched up with the fingers. $38 for this process, I do think it's a bit higher even though it last the same as shillac, 3 weeks. I came in the the shop for a full set with Joseph, and was thrilled with his work. Being a retired cosmetologist I have high expectations. I am new to the area, and wanted a nail spa that produced quality work, in a clean & sophisticated environment. Without a doubt this shop is it! No televisions, only relaxing music! Equipment was all top of the line, and they even offer a in houscoffee menu! I had to check in they allowed brining in your own wine, and the answer was yes! Can't wait to come in with my friends for wine with our pedicures! I am very happy with how my nails are holding up, even with all the crochet I do! My sister and I went here to get our nails done. I had three different people work on my nails, and the third woman kept getting up to go work on others nails. She actually got me with her drill a few times and made me bleed once and didn't even acknowledge it! One of my nails is VERY crooked, and my sisters you can see through the tips! Went in for a gel manicure with Kim. The polish was so old and lumpy. My nails chipped the next day. She cut the side of each nail which was a first from any manicurist and I have had a zillion. Just a lousy job all away around. Also the place felt dirty. Plexiglass dividers were dirty. I felt her equipment was not cleaned. Yucky experience and not happy with the work. My wife and daughter made an appointment to go. My wife wanted a pedicure and daughter wanted a manicure. They arrived and the place was very busy. They waited. My wife sat down for a pedicure while my daughter waited for her manicure. My wife chose the Spa pedicure $40 that was supposed to include a honey scrub, clay mask, foot massage and the normal pedicure stuff. They whole thing only took 22 minutes. She never got the foot massage. My daughter never got her manicure. They both left very frustrated. They will NEVER return. Don't waste your money. It's a waste of time and money. read more

Absolutely horrible! The experience in the salon was very nice; however, my gel nails only lasted 4 days... I went in on a Thursday (July 5th) & this picture was taken Monday (July 9th). When I first walked in it looked like a nice salon. Then they walked me over to the pedicure chair and I noticed that all the chairs were used and were ripped and in pretty bad shape. The color polish that I picked for my toes was all globbed up and left me wondering if all the Polish was purchased used as well. They said they would take care of it. When my toes were done I noticed the poish was all lumpy on my toes and also down on my cuticles and on the skin on the side of my toes. I paid $45 and was very disappointed. I feel with the location that they're in it should be more of a luxury spa and with used ripped up old pedicure chairs it doesn't fit in. read more

Set appointmentd for 3 people for pedicures. 1 of them was for my daughter who has gotten pedicures with since since she was 1. Seriously. They made her sit on my moms lap as i had my infant in my arms. We were 20 minutes early, sat for 40 before they got to us in boiling hot water. So got ripped off of 1 pedicure already by them overbooking themselves and not allowing my daughter her own chair. Time goes on and on and i had to walk outside with my infant. One lady started screaming at my mom as if we werent going to pay. Her toes werent even done and my mom pays for us all, the lady ripped her card out of her hands. Not only was the service HORRIBLE but they treated us HORRIBLE! THERE IS POLISH all over our feet and toes. My moms toes werent even half dry and they shoved her shoes on her. The lady rushed through my nails, didn't file them properly, and painted them unevenly. Had to tell the lady to fix areas where she left bumps. I literally have never been to a better nail salon! I never leave reviews, literally ever, but I had to for this place! I am impressed over and over. Joe is the nicest man ever, and the whole staff is so welcoming. They remember your name, ask about your day, and genuinely are such kind people. The facility is super clean, modern, and comfortable. They are exceptionally detail oriented, but very efficient and work with your schedule. I've been to so many salons, but none like this one. I got my nails done there for prom, and I got so many compliments. I just got a fill yesterday, and the same thing is happening! Joe is so talented, he can recreate literally any nail design you show him, and do it better than the picture! Everyone always wants to know where I go for my nails. Easily the best nail salon in Coeur d'Alene, and I have been to almost all of them! I will never go anywhere else. I can't say how much I love this place.
