This place was a complete waste of money, I had to help the nail lady through the whole process, I ended up having to tell her simple things like "could you make the tips more straight". The paint job was wack and she did not achieve a straight line of gems. The man who did my manicure was friendly but that was about the only thing that they had going for them during my visit today. I asked for a gel manicure and regular pedicure and they constantly questioned that decision. When clipping my cuticles, he man who was doing my nails cut my finger so badly that it bled for a few minutes. He did not notice this until after he started buffing the nail. The blood obviously got on the buffer and he just put it back in his drawer to use on the next customer (gross!). He eventually got frustrated and just glued my cut together with superglue and continued with my manicure. My whole pedicure lasted less than twenty minutes. The woman doing it did not say a single word to me the entire time I was in the chair. She did not use a base coat before doing my polish and dripped the polish all over one of my feet. She did not even look at my food while she was doing the massage portion! Very overpriced as well. Not the worst nail salon experience I've ever had but very close. read more

The guy who did my nails has a disrespectful attitude and did not let me know about the prices (not that money was the problem) and tried choosing what nail color I should use when I had already told him what I wanted. This place is terrible. I came in last week for a full set, and was disappointed for so many reasons. Upon arrival I was asked if I was the person who set an appointment, then the man shouted "pick a color" and continued on his work. I had scheduled an appointment, but didn't even get helped until half an hour past my appointment time. This lead to me getting my full set done with half an hour until closing time, because of this I feel like my manicure was rushed and ended up well below subpar. The gentleman doing my nails slightly nicked my cuticle, and while it didn't bleed, it made my manicure a painful experience. When I asked for a matte top coat, he said they didn't have it, and then when I said gloss was ok, he explained he was joking and would make my nails matte, however they came out quite glossy. Not to mention while I was having my nails done there were 3-4 women all getting pedicures by one woman, who did not switch her gloves between clients, which is extremely disgusting. All of this left me with a poorly shaped and hastily done manicure. The nails are lumpy, uneven and are crooked. On top of all of this my nails were lifting within three days of my manicure. I didn't pay $40 for 3 days of wear. I will take any future business elsewhere. read more

The two men who work at this establishment have given me great service on several occasions. With the exception of Kenny's wife, the other women who have given me manicures and pedicures have given me the absolute worst service I have ever received. The woman who gave me my pedicure today has helped me several times and today's service was even worse than normal. She was rude and refused to do the few small things I asked of her during my service (give more attention to this area, for example). Last time I came in, she was giving herself a pedicure while I sat and waited for half an hour before she helped me, and was rude to me then too. This is the only decent nail salon that is local to the area which is why I have continued to come back, but after today's experience, this will be my last time. read more

They are unable to help more than two people at once (which was a problem for my party of 3 and the 2 other women waiting in line), and I didn't feel pampered, which is how I want to feel when I spend over $70 on a gel mani and regular pedi. My friends also felt kind of scolded by the male employee when they didn't do something right with their feet or hands during their services. I felt like the staff isn't very friendly, but they are not rude, in my opinion, either. The massage chairs are great, and the place is clean and attractive. I'm only giving 1 star because I had to give one to leave my comment. I went there today with my very pregnant daughter so we could relax and have an enjoyable afternoon. We were immediately told to pick out polish color and before we could even decide on a color the lady was yelling at us to sit down. I put my feet in the water for 16 seconds and she began her 12 minute pedicure. She started painting my toe nails before applying base coat and before rubbing lotion on my legs. When I asked for base coat she said "oh you want base coat? Okay" and wiped the polish she had applied off my nail with her finger. When I asked for lotion she said "since you didn't bring in sandals you get lotion after paint". Ok. That's bizarre. She rubbed a hot rock on my leg for 2 minutes and sprayed some foam on my legs and massaged for 30 seconds all the while trying not to get my painted toes involved. Unbelievable. Who has to ask for base coat? Just don't go. Trust me. Then after she finished with my record pedi she went to her nail station and ate a banana. Wish I had come in after her banana. I have been here a handful of times and absolutely love it. Very clean and everyone is very friendly. They are very experienced and professional. I got acrylic nails put on here about a month ago and then moved out of the area for the summer. I had my nails filled at a different place and they looked just terrible, and they cut me and it hurt so bad. I just went back yesterday to ispa to have them fixed and they made them look amazing again. Be prepared to wait even of you have an appointment, but it's well worth the wait! read more

Quality of work does not match the price you pay. Just got done there. For nearly $20 you can get a plain manicure, with plain nailpolish. You soak your hands in a solution that dried out my hands very badly and the nail polish didn't even cover all my nail and worse yet they filed my nails square and lopsided when I came in with oval nails. Thought I would give this place a second chance. Never write reviews but made an account just to write one about them. I have been there twice and every time I feel as if they do not want me there. If you are not a regular they are kind of stand offish. Moving from SoCal/LA area this place is beyond expensive! Like seriously. 30 bucks for a pedi when both times I was there they did not even put the first coat of clear polish and the pedi's are not even good quality. When the girl was done with my nails she just walked away and sat in her chair and did not say a word to me. I sat there about 15mins while my toes dried and then walked up to the counter to pay, and still they all just sat there. She acted like it was a hassle to get up out her seat and off her phone to check me out. It was weird. I am thinking people who value their service and prices have become accustomed to living in a place with few options and find this business to be great but it is sub par at the most. I will just continue to get my pedi's and mani's in Spokane or Lewiston when I travel for work or do them myself. read more
