Jason was the one that came out and he did a smaller system quote for me and my wife. Jason couldn't for the life of him tell me how the system was even more expensive than not using a prepaid ppa. I was also ignored by phone calls and "I'll get back to you" was what he told me. I would stay away and use some other company that is very clear about how the new incentives work.

Since our old wood-sided 2-story bungalow style Santa Barbara house (built in 1911) is a secondary rental home and not our primary residence in the Coachella Valley, we were doing much of the planning of the 4-color scheme and communication long distance, making it more challenging. Justin answered all our many questions and provided helpful information and suggestions throughout the process and could not have been more accommodating. Both Justin and Martin (the co-owners of Fresh Coat) and their crew could not have been more professional and thorough. They were excellent communicators and answered all of our questions.
