We recently hired Nema Roofing for a complete tile roof replacement. Mike was our sales representative. He was polite, knowledgeable always professional. We were very impressed with his roof evaluation. Adam the project manager was frequently around to check on the project. He made himself available for any cares or concerns that arrived and always quick to get back to us. Thank you, for showing you value your customers. The crew who laid our tile roof was hard working and smart. They did an amazing job. This roof is beautiful! Our home was left clean at the end of each work day. Yes, I highly recommend Nema Roofing. read more

Our roof is about 4000 sq ft, so it was pretty big project . It took 6 days for the crew to complete demolition, install new roof , replace and paint all gutters and donwspouts. The works are super professional and knowledgeable. They clean up daily so not a single nail was found during project! The office manager was not only helpful but very prompt in her response time. In general, i have only good thing to say about Nema Roofing. Thank you for the hard work and going above and beyond in what you do! read more

I contacted Nema Roofing for a roof inspection in lieu of the upcoming El Niño. I received fast and curious service. Thomas came to the house for the inspection. He was friendly and professional. He sent me a quote via email that same day with a fair / great price. We made an appointment for a couple of days later and my roof was fixed! It was an easy and pleasant experience. I plan to use them again for future roofing needs. I will definitely recommend Nema Roofing to my friends and family. read more

Just in time for rainy season (if that even exists in Cali lol), we called Adam to redo our entire roof. He showed us the different options and walked us through the whole process, step by step. They finished the job earlier than expected and dealt with the headache that is LADBS, but luckily for us, Nema crew is super professional so the inspector passed us right away which helped speed up the process. The crew is really friendly and professional, they came on time every morning & did very clean work. We couldn't have asked for a more efficient job, very grateful for the whole team! read more

We hired them to replace the underlayment on our 50yr roof. The sales process was low key no hard upselling. The project manager was personable. The work crew was very focused and diligent. The work was done in a very timely and conscientious manner. And the price was substantially better than what was quoted by other roofing contractors in Santa Barbara (its pricey out here). We're already recommending them to other neighbors and friends. read more

We got several quotes and Nema Roofing was the best. No games like a few guys we got estimates from before them who started with very high prices and then made phone calls to the "boss" to get us a different price. Nema Roofing gave us a fast, fair quote and a work list detailing the work we needed. Honest and relaxed and everything explained up front. That is what I was looking for and they delivered. We are so happy with the new roof. They did everything from demo to completion in 3 days on a house and garage. The team worked efficiently and left our yard clean. The new roof looks great and beyond expectations. I would happily refer this team to any friends or family looking to have some roofing work done. read more

Nema provided a clear, concise and very reasonable estimate to replace my very old and damaged roof. Mike and his crew always arrived on time, worked extremely hard even in extreme heat, and cleaned my property at the end of each day. There were some unforeseen repairs that needed to be done, and each step and the reasoning behind doing these were explained. The additional cost for these repairs was minimal, and worth it. I am thrilled with the work that Nema Roofing did! This year will be certainly the first time in over a decade when it does not rain in my living room. read more

I decided to go with Nema Roofing to redo the roof on our house because Melvin explained very clearly and in details what they would do, from getting the permit, scheduling the work, how the new roof would be made and the payment details. We had to change the material originally selected to accommodate for a small slope and he was very transparent in managing the change and the associated cost. Very happy with the result. read more

I have a poorly constructed/designed 10 year old flat roof. As a consequence, whenever it rained, there was extensive pooling of water, without leaks. Over the years, I have had a number of roofers asses the problem and offer expensive solutions, even replacing a perfectly intact roof. With the recent storms, I reached out for roofing contractors and found Nema. They offered an immediate solution to the 'pooling' problem, liquid cement! It was a simple, effective and inexpensive solution. All the roofing defects were corrected within a day. For added insurance, team applied two coats of silicone to the entire roof for a reasonable price. read more

Nema crew did an amazing job on our 70-year-old house that need a new roof. The work quality was top notch, very good warranty, and overall very responsive to our questions and needs. He also gave some great advice about some non roof related water intrusion spots. A lot of my contractor interactions in Santa Barbara are mediocre to awful, Nema roofing was a great experience. Highly recommend. read more

Our roof was overdue for replacement, and Mike came out to inspect it. His estimate was in the middle of other estimates but he seemed most knowledgeable about exactly what would be necessary for our roof and his estimate was comprehensive (it was currently composite shingle over the original wood shingle roof, so both layers needed to be pulled off and then plywood installed as the base of the new roof). The team was very efficient and had it done in 4 days, the new roof looks great! read more

Getting two new commercial roofs was a big deal for my partnership and there are lots of details which concerned us. We went with Nema Roofing and I am so happy we did. The price was excellent, the job was done really well, we had two commercial tenants which required specific scheduling and they were well accommodated for, and both roofs look great. I could not be more satisfied and we have a couple of projects coming up in the next year and will definitely use them. We now have a roofer for any needs. My highest recommendations for Nema Roofing! read more

We recently had our historic home and detached garage re-roofed by Adam and his team at Nema Roofing, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Adam went above and beyond, providing a full roof assessment with video as part of the quote, walking us through how to best prepare for future solar installation, and sending daily progress updates throughout the project. The roof was completed in just five days and all permits and inspections were handled seamlessly. His crew was respectful, detail oriented, and mindful of our neighbors, something we truly appreciated being new to the neighborhood. I would confidently recommend Nema Roofing to anyone considering a roofing project. This was hands down the smoothest vendor experience I've ever had. read more

We chose them based on their stellar Yelp and Google reviews, and we were not disappointed. We had a tight deadline to replace the upper roof on a home we had just purchased, so we needed efficient, affordable, and reliable service. Even though we were out of state and never met in person, communication was smooth and consistent from the very beginning. We were kept informed about scheduling and roof color options, and the team stayed in touch throughout the entire process. We would work with Nema Roofing again in a heartbeat and will recommend them to everyone in Fullerton. read more

We determined we needed to replace the roof on a large portion of our house in order to have solar panels installed. I contacted many different companies to get quotes/advice. Nema was by far the most responsive and helpful. Mike made the initial quoting process easy and answered all of my follow up questions. Thomas discussed the entire process, came over to review the job before it started and could not have been more responsive to all my inquiries. Adam and the rest of the crew did a fantastic job, were friendly, professional, respectful and clean. They completed the entire project in the time frame they described. read more

From start to finish Nema Roofing did a superb job in replacing my roof. We met with Adam first and he talked through the process and gave us an estimate, which gave us some choices. After interviewing several other companies we decided that we were more comfortable with them and aware of their great reputation. They were able to start the roof almost immediately and completed the job in about 2 days. We're very pleased with our choice. Our neighbor , who had gotten her roof done by a competitor last year, remarked about the high quality job she saw happening at our house read more

This is an exemplary roofing company to work with. They take care of obtaining the permits, city inspections and registering warranties with the manufacturers. The process was flawless, from removing the roof to replacing damaged wood and each step to a finished roof. Adam gave updates with pictures along the way. The Nema team were heavily involved on a daily basis guiding us through the process. Adam suggested the color Sierra Grey and it turned out great. Their crew led by the foreman Adam worked non stop . All the crew went out of their way to be helpful. No request was too small. Their pricing is fair and inline with 2 other roofing companies I received quotes from. read more

This review is way overdue but I have to recognize Adam. He replaced my roof almost 10 years ago and it still looks beautiful. I got 5 quotes back then and he was the best price but also felt the most honest. The crew tore off two old layers and finished in just 3 days. They even covered my tenant's stuff in the garage to protect it from dust. When an AC guy caused a leak years later, Adam came out in heavy rain to fix it fast. After dealing with nightmare contractors on a remodel recently, Nema is a breath of fresh air. Truly the good guys. read more

Reached out to Adam through yelp. He was responsive, professional and communicative from the beginning from estimate, questions, install and completion of project. His estimate was honest and competitive. Aside from installing new gutters on our garage and new construction ADU he also adjusted our main house gutters installed previously but sloping was messed up when we got our home reroofed. Other companies would not touch the gutters unless they installed them. On install day Adam along with his foreman walked the project with us so we were all on the same page in regards to down spout placement and addressed any other questions I had. His crew and foreman was on time, professional, efficient and clean. read more

I got estimates from 7 companies for my reroof. Can't recommend NEMA more highly. Their offer was the best, and Mike presentation of how the process worked made me feel very knowledgeable. He was extremely easy to get a hold of, and when I decided to go with them they worked with the timeline that I wanted, which was only a few days after I hired them. The whole process took 4 days and I was amazed at how efficient the team was, how fast the inspectors were, and how clean they left my property. read more

I needed a full roof replacement and got quotes from three Yelp companies. The first was near the top of my budget. The second was cheaper but didn't inspire confidence. When it came to Nema Roofing, Adam, was professional and thorough, and he introduced CertainTeed's Presidential Series, thicker, better-looking shingles that were initially over budget. We negotiated a price I could afford. The project was organized from demo to install, Adam kept me updated, and the new roof looks fantastic! Thank you so much to Nema Roofing they are the best in the city read more

Adam was the only roofing contractor who would even attempt to install the standing seam metal roof system that I wanted for my home. He took the time to measure not once, but enough times to get the angles, seams, and panels right. He used quality underlayment and applied it so evenly that my neighbor said that he thought it was applied by brush. The entire job from the removal of the old asphalt roof shingles to the installation of the rain gutters was professional. I don't usually rate businesses unless they are exceptional. Nema Roofing is an exceptional company that gives quality product and services for a fair price. I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone for roofing service. read more

Super impressed with NEMA. We contacted a few companies for quotes for a combined flat and tile roof. NEMA Roofing provided a very comprehensive quote at a competitive price. Since this was for my elderly parent, they made an effort to include me in conversations to ensure she understood all of the work that needed to be done. I really appreciated the efforts they made to ensure she felt confident with the construction being performed. Their representative, Mike, was available to answer questions at any time she had them. They did a wonderful job on the roof and I highly recommend their services! read more

We needed to install a shingle roof on a project we were working on, but unfortunately, the roofer we initially hired took the first payment and disappeared. We had to find someone else to complete the work ASAP, and Nema was able to send Mike out to give us a quote and start the job right away. Everything moved so quickly from beginning to end, and we couldn't be happier that we ended up working with Mike, the crew, and Nema overall. read more

We used Adam a few years ago for a whole new roof on our house and detached garage. Every person we encountered, from the person giving us a quote, the people who did the work and the ones who handled our payment were responsive and easy to talk to. We called them again recently to install an exhaust vent for our new range hood, as we didn't want to void our warranty by calling another company. Again, they were still responsive and friendly. The guy that did the work was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and took the time to understand our needs and completed the work thoroughly. Thank you! read more

After getting multiple bids from other companies to fix a leak in my kitchen, I decided to go with Adam at Nema Roofing and I am so glad I did. I called them specifically because of their great reputation, and William proved exactly why those reviews exist. Unlike other contractors who tried to upsell me on things I didn't need, Adam was straight to the point. He provided a no nonsense, really reasonable, and actually great price for the repair. It was evident from the way he presented his bid that he is just an honest guy who isn't there to BS you. The execution was just as impressive. He brought his crew out and they knocked out the entire job in a single morning, exactly like he said they would. If you want honest pricing and a team that keeps its word, I highly recommend Adam at Nema Roofing. A 10/10 experience! read more

In 2024, I contacted Nema Roofing to give me an estimate on reroofing my home. Adam came out shortly after I contacted him and upon inspection, said that our existing roof had another 4-5 years left. I still asked him to quote the project and his price was competitive with the other 4 bids that we received. Only one of the other 4 companies were honest enough to tell me that I did not need a new roof at that time, so Nema was already the standout from an integrity/honesty standpoint. Fast forward to this year, I decided to proceed with our roofing project, and so I reached back out to Nema as well as a few other roofing companies. Their price was again very competitive with the other companies, and Adam took a lot of time to explain the installation process and the difference in shingle options, so we decided to select Nema Roofing as our vendor of choice. read more

Mike did a great job for us on our roof on our home in Oxnard. When I first met him in 2017 he did a small job for us on our house that we had just purchased. He helped us out a lot at the time with just a very small project so I went back to him when we needed a new roof. He gave us a competitive price and did all the legwork in getting our permit and approval. He scheduled the project with me and came when they said they would. He had a full crew of guys ad was able to finish our house in one day. Our new roof looks great and no issues and held up good in the heavy rains. I certainly would use him again . read more

We were in search for a company to replace our roof. Based on the yelp reviews we called Nema Roofing. We had 2 previous quotes from other companies & NEMA gave us the best pricing. From beginning to end, Adam & his team were very professional and pleasant to work with. They have a large crew that works fast and are experienced in what they do. They went above and beyond to make recommendations & unexpected repairs. Upon completion of the work, they did a walk through of the job site with us to make sure we were satisfied and answer any questions or concerns. read more

My search for a roofer fortunately brought me to Nema Roofing. Adam came out quicky to survey the situation and offered a competitive quote. Now that the repairs are complete, I can highly recommend Nema if you are in need of roofing work. Adam and his crew (Thomas,...) started on time and finished ahead of time. The crew was professional and workmanship excellent. Peace of mind has been restored for the next rain. read more

My experience with Nema Roofing was amazing. I have two rental properties in Long Beach and I live in Los Angeles. I needed a roof replaced on one of the houses. I requested a quote from several companies and the pricing I received back was outrageous for a flat roof. I contacted Adam and he gave me a very fair quote. As promised, he was actually a week earlier than expected. He and his team did an excellent work. All of this was handled without me having to go to Long Beach and meet with him. Not only was his pricing very competitive, the work performed was very high quality. read more

had a great experience working with the team at Nema Roofing! My grandmother needed some work on her roof and they were recommended to us by a trusted friend. They did the work cleanly and professionally with no issues after the work! was done. When we needed information on the roof some time later, Thomas was quick to respond and was extremely helpful and professional! Roof issues aren't fun, but t look forward to having the chance to work with them again when we do need it. read more

Just got our roof done this week and I am very happy with the work. When I first contacted the company, Thomas came over and checked where I had leaks. He took pictures to show me the areas and then explained to me the different layers in the roof. Out of the other quotes I got this was the best price and he was also the most responsive. The company also got the permit required from the city. After they acquired the permit they ordered the color shingles we wanted and then came and took off the old roof in one day and then the new shingles was delivered and they put on the new shingles in one day. I was impressed at how fast they were. I would really recommend getting a quote with this company and working with Thomas!! read more

I needed a new roof and live in a historical neighborhood. Adam, who runs things, has done other roofs in the vicinity. So he is well acquainted with the historical designation and what the city will accept. He obtained the permit for the new roof, the OK with historical neighborhood office, took the roof down to the rafters, did the aluminized wood sheets and then the shingles. Very quick to respond to telephone calls and messages. Clean up was good. They even went over things with a magnet to get the nails. All done in 4 days for a reasonable price compared to other builders. Looks great. Very professional. read more

Nema Roofing & Construction did a great job replacing the entire roof of our home. Mike was the project manager and he was there from the beginning, starting with the inspection and quote, all the way through completion and inspection. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all questions and provided very valuable and insightful information about roof construction best practices. The scope of work and the quote were very detailed, so the actual work went very smoothly. The crew members were also very professional, completing the work on time and keeping the residence clean at the end of each shift. read more

Nema replaced our roof in 2020 and did a wonderful job. We were really happy with the new roof and when we noticed a small leak in the attic we called Adam. He promptly came out to take a look and noticed we had a few cracked roof tiles, we're thinking from wind damage. Fortunately, we had kept all the extra tiles from the re-roof in 2020. It was an easy fix and the crew was able to quickly replace the damaged tiles. Adam & crew are awesome! read more

I noticed some water damage on my ceiling and sent a Yelp quote request. Melvin came out and did a thorough inspection of my roof and was able to pinpoint the issue. He showed me pictures of where the leak was coming from in the attic which was greatly appreciated. I always get estimates from more than one company but none of them were as professional and detailed about their findings as Melvin. Scheduling was easy and their pricing was great in comparison to the others. My roof is fixed and I feel secure knowing that the job was done right. The five star rating was definitely earned. read more

Nema Roofing Solutions just finished replacing our roof and we are very happy with the results. We met with five local roofing contractors and Accurate was the outfit we felt the most comfortable working with. The experience was a good one. It only took two and a half days start to finish as the crew was hard working and efficient, the results were professional. We have no problem recommending Nema as we feel the service and quality we received is standard business practice for them. read more

Like many of us recently l had a leak in my roof. I called on 5 different roofing companies and after careful review chose to go with Nema Roofing. Not only were they the most informed about my roof issue, they were extremely efficient. They provided me detailed options in writing and explained the process and fees involved. Im often weary of contractors, and lm happy to say that my entire experience with this company exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend Mike and his team. read more

Called Nema because I needed a new flat roof installation. What an awesome experience! First call went great. I spoke with Adam and he set me up with an inspection very quickly. Then the entire process was smooth, with him explaining the stages and what he recommended (materials mainly). Pricing was very competitive compared with other roofers who were bidding relatively high. Plus the quality of work was top notch and clean. Thank you Adam & Thomas for the great experience! Would definitely recommend! read more
